Report a translation problem
It can be started with less/little trouble by spawning your first extra lord at turn 1 on southwest city to prevent it's capture for 2 turns while you grab Southeast from the easily defeated lesser army setup there. Depending on your Garrison mods this may/not work. I fight this manually and bottleneck their armies in the village.
This will cause him to send his leftover units (if he has any) north to the remaining blue city/or merge them to the army attempting to sack southwest city. Either way the extra lord needs to be in SW city to holdout till franz can rescue it.
In my experience this is also about time to start worrying about preserving either the sunburst realm or Stirland to avoid facing vampires yourselves if you are not ready.
Disposing with the goblin army on your way west form SE city is a great way to get on the good side of a Dwarf/Nuln Fight giving you Nuln for free sometimes. At least in my Setup. I use old world diplomacy though.
