This is how you do it!
How to change the brightness of torches if you are using an ENB or not:

1. Open the plugin that changes your torches in TESVedit/SSEEdit.

2. Change the two values.

2.1 Radius - The distance your torch can light. (Vanilla 512 / Most mods 1024)
I recommend 1024.

2.2 FNAM - Fade value - The brightness of your torch. (Vanilla 1.350000 / I'm using 1.8250000)

Works well in interiors and outside with ENB or not!
No more heavy glowing faces/walls or other lightsources.

I admit that this isn't a realistic behavior of a torch.
But this is a game and you need the torch to see anything right?
Imo the brightness of many torch mods is far more annoying than an unrealistic lightning.

This is how it looks for me with these values (CoT + RLO + ReShade Default)
