Thanks again. Gonna certainly add your gallerys to my list and be on the lookout for any future works of yours.
That way I can easier make use of the line weights and have cleaner intersections etc. 1 pixels likely wouldn't end up even visible on the finished picture for me.
I've generally worked by taking a scan and blowing it up to around 3 times its size. I then use GIMP with a ~1-3 pixel brush (based on if its outline, detail, etc) and the line tool to carefully go over the lines of the image.
After thats done I toss it into Inkscape and use the one filter, completely forget its name, to convert the pixelated lines into crisp strokes. The results are usually "good" enough (not like yours though), but sometimes its wonky and takes special attention to make work. Especially when dealing with areas of fine detail or a lot of intersecting lines.
You could even use a pixel brush if you draw big enough, and it'll be smoothed out when you shrink the image down. :3c
Good luck to you in any future works. You've got talent for sure.
I currently use clip studio paint (as I did for this one) and a wacom intuos drawing tablet.
Some galleries that I update every now and then:
