Esoteric: intended for or likely to be understood by only a small number of people with a specialized knowledge or interest.

I wouldn't say that it's "Unusual" just enigmatic or Arcane. Abstract means that it exist's in someone's thought but is not physical in the real world. But being Esoteric can somtimes defy that.
