this should give you indication if you'll be able to get 'Aint Nobody Got Time For That' Achievement

Introduction

Assuming i didnt miss anything while tracking it appears that a 'Perfect/Quickest' run would be 341 Days (24 days to spare).

Notes: on table below
1. Travel time is number of steps you must travel from current location
2. For travel times with 'x2' this means you have to fight each step
3. Also 'Action' doesnt always mean 'Clicking Start Quest' some quests/actions are automated via dialogs

Dungeon Notes:
Main quest involves Frozen Dungeon and Final Dungeon
days only added if Get in a Fight
not sure on this: 1 day added if leave before finish (due to have to travel back to dungeon)
Frozen Dungeon has 10 Explore Points
Final Dungeon has 12 Explore Points
where Explore Point can be the key therefore can yield up to 9 or 11 fights (days)

Loaded Dice (Table Top Item) +1 All Dice Rolls
Luck Amulets (L26 - 393 Gold) +5% Crit / +5% XP / +5% Gold (Battle) / +1 All Dice Rolls
Flowers - Skill: Lucky Gal +1 All Dice Rolls

Furniture (Right) -> Sword & Shield -10% Smithing Costs
4x Greater Molten Ring (L16 101 Gold ) -20% Smithing Costs
will reduce smithing cost to 10%
vs
4x Horse Shoe Amulet (L14 68 Gold) +5% Crafting

so even if not 'Lucking' thru i find trying multiple attempts cheaply more efficient than paying full price even if 100%
basically would have to fail 9 times in row for not to be cheaper
