Description
All agents earn one third of the experience.
They level up slowly, causing less damage to armies or provinces.

The level cap is now 40 for the agents, while for the Lord is 60.

Please somebody make a ‘nerfed Dwarfs’ or a ‘defensive Dwarfs’ mod.

As a fan of the lore, I really hate them having a good chance of stomping all over the Greenskins. They are supposed to be a doomed and dwindling race, albeit with very strong defenses.

A -25% income and growth penalty ought to do the trick.

Or some way to make them less aggressive, like the Wood Elves. Pls.

maybe am I wrong.can yuo removed cap agents and generals from this mod?or am I confused this mod with the other mod?
