This is a killzone faction (i made 4 in total).

Short Discription:
As new interplanetary colonies grew, the UNC discoverd the lack of effective long-range communication caused gaps in the ability for the UNC to provide efficient defence throughout their star systems. therefore the Interplanetary Strategic Alliance (ISA) was founded.
