Portforwarding
This is actually something which took me almost half a year to finally figure out to do... duh
But it's so damn simple; I could hate myself.

Ok Let's Start, First open up your router Settings Page; This can be done by pressing the Windows button + R and then Typing "ipconfig" take the entry that reads "Wireless LAN adapter WiFi: Default Gateway" (Normally its a number like this 192.168.178.1)

On that Page find the Portforwarding Part, Mine is a Fritzbox 7490, and the Portforward area is under "Internet-Permit Access"

After finding that Page simply add a new entry and open Ports 7777 to 7777 (and sometimes it askes "to port" so add 7777) in UDP with the IP being your Computer. (Your IP can be found by using the ipconfig command in CMD like I described above. But taking the IPv4 Adress.)

After Doing all of dat you should end up with something like this:

Downloading and Installing TShock

My Personal Favorite when it comes to costum Server Stuff and Plugins. Simply go to TShock Releases [github.com]
and download the latest version of Tshock and extract it anywhere, it doesn't have to be in the Terraria Folder.

Inside you should Find 3 Folders, 5 other Files, and a "TerrariaServer.exe" File. To launch the Server simply Execute "TerrariaServer.exe".
Then Choose a World, or create a new one, Enter the Max Player count, press enter, press enter and enter a Server Password. Note that a Server Password is not required. AND BOOM There's ya Server :D
Adding Custom Mods to a TShock Server
Some ppl Like Me Will Want To Take Better Care of they're Server which can be a real Pain without some Great Mods from the Community. Go to TShock Mods [tshock.co] to download custom Mods.

REALLY IMPORTANT: Plugins may harm your computer. Know about the risks associated with downloading and using custom TShock plugins. The Reason Why these Files can be Dangerous is because they are .dll files which are Windows System Files. I'd Highly Recommend quickly shredding them Through Virustotal or an Other File Checker.
I'm Can't Be Made Responable for any Damage to your Computer
THE END
This Is the End, Take a Deep Breath and Count to, wait woops Wrong Ending.
If you have Issues or any Troubles Feel Free to leave a Comment. :D
