Walthrough of the game except for one point : there is a tomb SW of the city of Khusan for which I didn't discover the way to enter. So if somebody knows the answer ... Sorry for my bad english (but I hope it is however comprehensible).

Part 1
LEGIONWOOD 2 - HEROES OF THE ETERNAL'S REALM

CORINTHE
- Follow the path finishing in the northwest corner.
- Accept to save your friends.
- Talk to the captain in the east : he asks to search for unlocking runes in the cellar.
- Go west, and take stairs down in the kitchen. Get the UNLOCKING RUNE and give it to the captain.
- Take stairs up.
- Save. BOSS BATTLE (Baudica).
- Talk to senator Brutus : he knows nothing about the Eternal Gate.
- Aelia : come and meet me in my tent.

AELIA'S CAMPSITE
- Aelia : monsters have invaded Hunter Cave to the South. We must see senator Brutus who have information and a key.
- Aelia joins the party with 500 K.

CORINTHE
- Inn : 100K in a chest to the west.
- Pub : the bartender sells different alcohols which boost some attributes and diminish others. He sells also MALT CIDER (700 K) which boosts all attributes during four turns.
- Visit the shops to buy potions, armour, weapons and talents.
- House to the northwest : alchemist need green amber which he gets normally in Elder Forest to the west. He gives the ELDER BRANCH
- Lake to the north near the city wall : there is a fish but a fishing line is needed.
- House of Lionel/Clara : get the MEMENTO RING.
- Senator Brutus : a band of Goblins is into Hunter Cave. He gives the SENATOR'S KEY.

CORINTHE FARM LAND - HUNTER CAVE
- Open the gate with the Senator's Key.

Level 1
- Go north, west then east to activate the level which opens a gate in the southwest.
- Get stairs down.

Level -1
- Follow the path and note the lever without handle.
- Take the most eastern passage heading south passage south : get the HANDLE in the chest.
- Go back to repair and activate the lever which opens 2 gates in the southeast and in the southwest.
- Take the previous passage : seven chests wait to be opened.
- Then take the most western passage heading south. Save, BOSS BATTLE (Goblin King). Get the DIAMOND RING in the chest (DON'T SELL IT). Take the rope ladder to exit.

CORINTHE
- Forum : report to Senator Brutus about the Hunter Cave. A soldier comes and says the presence of Aelia is required at her camp.
- Rest and resupply if needed, this depending of the money you have.

CORINTHE FARM LAND
- Return to Corinthe farm land before going to Aelia's campsite. The inhabitants are come back now.
- Go to the house in the southeast corner of the screen.
- Talk to the old woman. Give her the diamond ring. In exchange, she gives you the STONE CUP (you need it later in the game).

AELIA'S CAMPSITE
- Senator Marcus asks to remove barbarians from his city. At the present time, they are in Iron Mine. Go west through Elder Forest .

ELDER FOREST
- Inscription : beware the plants. So, don't take the path with the red plant heading north for the moment.
- Follow the path west. Note the broken bridge.
- Go south then east. Get IRONBARK SAP.
- Go back. Go west then south to arrive at Driad Sanctum.

DRIAD SANCTUM

Level 1
- Note the locked gate facing the entrance.
- Go east. Note the locked gate. Continue and activate the red button.
- Go back to the entrance then west.
- Take the first passage north. The blue chest is a Mimic but we get WOODWIND BOW. Go east to activate the green button.
- Go back west, south and east to open two chests. Continue east through the gate now opened and activate the blue button.
- Go back to the entrance and open the chest facing it. Get CASTING WEAVE.
- From there, go west then north and take stairs down.

Level -1
- Go south.
- Save. BOSS BATTLE (Dryad). Get GREEN AMBER.
- Go back then east to open three chests.
- Exit.

ELDER FOREST
- Go north, west, north. Get POLEARM in a chest.
- Go back south, east, north, east, north, east, north (as you have Ironbark Sap, the plant is no more dangerous).
- Follow the path. Get THICK TIMBER in a chest.
- Go back to Corinthe.

CORINTHE
- Alchemist : give him Green Amber. In exchange he gives HANNELORE and ROSETTA STONE.
- Rest and resupply.
- Go back to Elder Forest.

ELDER FOREST
- Go west and repair the bridge with Thick Timber.
- Go south at the first crossroad. Get HIDE SHIRT in a chest.
- Go back then west.
- Go south at the second crossroad. Get CHAIN MAIL in a chest.
- Go back then west.
- Save. BOSS BATTLE (Werewolf). Obtain BEAST CLAWS.

IRONRIM
- Fort (west) : NPC captain asks go to the haunted Mairstone Manor where men sent to there have not returned. Cross the river then go north east (but the bridge is broken at the moment).
- Castle (north) : you have to go to Iron Mine to defeat the barbarian leader Brennus.

IRON MINE

Level 1
- Go west then north to activate the lever which opens the gate right of the entrance.
- Go through this gate and follow the path.
- Take stairs down.

Level -1
- Note the locked gate to the west.
- Follow the path to activate the lever.
- Continue south to open four chests. Get SWIFT SHOES and SLUMBER SWORD
- Go back then through the gate now opened.
- Go west to open two chests. Get EYE GOOGLES.
- Go back then south.
- Save. BOSS BATTLE (Zolom). Obtain ZOLOM MEAT.

UNDERGROUND RAVINE
- Go south through the battlefield
- Save. BOSS BATTLE (Brennus).

UNKNOWN CASTLE
- You are only with Aelia.
- Go south.
- Read note.
- Go east. Read note. Three chest to open. Get SILVER BLADE and SILVER BULLET.
- Go back then south. Apparition asks to find his four notes to let you pass.
- Go west. Note the stairs down.
- Go south then east. Read note. Three chests to open.
- Take stairs down. Read the fourth note.
- Go back to the apparition who let you pass.
- Save. BOSS BATTLE (Lich).
- Exit. Go west. Beware: the bridge coasts some HP. Continue to the village.

EVERDAWN
- Several chests. Get FORMATION ROSTER.
- Inn : you retrieve Felix and Marcus who suggests to go north to the mountain. Talk to the apparition in an eastern room for resupplying.

DEAD MOUNTAIN
- Revenant : he asks to find his helmet.
- From the revenant, go a litlle bit east then south to the blue chest. It's a Mimic but you obtain WARLOCK CAPE and SHAMAN SIGNET.
- Go back near the revenant then north and due east to find RUSTED HELMET shining on the ground in the northeast corner. Give it to the revenant who gives in exchange CURSOR MIRROR (beware : for the moment it gives Cursed status once equipped).
- Exit Dead Mountain and go east (beware : the second bridge coasts also HP) to the Ancient Tomb.

ANCIENT TOMB
- It's the tomb of the Shaman's king Brucian.
- Read the inscription.
- Use the Shaman Signet on the door and enter the tomb.
- Get SERRA'S ESSENCE in the chest.
- Talk to the statue : it is now possible to choose the class of Shaman (Personnally, I use it as second class for Felix).
- Exit and go back to Dead Mountain.

DEAD MOUNTAIN.
- Go near the revenant then north, east (till the place where you find the helmet), south and east.
- Save. BOSS BATTLE (Dark Spawn). After the fight, the door of the tomb opens.
- Marcus makes the statue revive. It is Thyrra who says that we must discover what happened to the Eternal Gates.

IRONRIM
- Aelia : we have a mission to Entoban. Meet Marcus at the forum.
- Forum : go to Khusan the capital of Entoban via Ferrum to the west and Etherim Highlands.
- You remember the NPC captain in the fort who requires an inquiry in Mairstone Manor ? The bridge to the manor is now repaired.

MAIRSTONE MANOR

Level 1
- Talk to the militiaman : he says there are other men to help then he dies.
- Go east. Two chests to open.
- Go a little west then north and read the note. It deals with four switches which have to be activated in a precise order: one, on the back of the (un)holy symbol.
- Continue north.
- Note stairs up.
- Note the shape hole on the side of the piano.
- Go back to entrance and take the north passage.
- Activate the lever on the cross (one).
- Read the note : two, the higher of twin magic casters.
- Go north.
- Look at the fireplace.
- Read note : three, the talking ivory of black and white; four, the verse upon the altar
- Continue south.
Part 2
- Note the statue. There is the same on the first floor (the "highest").
- Look at the altar.
- Get DINING KEY in a chest to the east.
- Take stairs up

Level 2
- Go south then west. Activate the lever.
- Go back east, north, west, south and unlock the gate with the lever.
- Activate the lever on the statue (two).
- Take stairs down.

Level 1
- Activate the lever of the piano (three).
- Go through the fireplace now opened. Get BEDROOM KEY.
- Go south. Activate the lever of the altar (four).
- Stairs down appear left of the altar.

Level -1
- Save. BOSS BATTLE (Vampire). Tough fight because the opponent regenerates from time to time (my characters were level 16). Obtain VAMPIRE FANG.
- Go back to level 2.

Level 2
- Go south then west and open the second locked door with the Bedroom Key. Four chest to open. Get MIRACLE LUTH and CURSED CIRCLET (beware : for the moment it gives Cursed status when equipped as the cursed mirror).

IRONRIM
- Report to NPC captain in the fort. He gives OCARINA which has the power to open some hidden ruin somewhere in the mountains and STAR BADGE.
- Rest and resupply if necessary.

ARENA
- If you wish. From Ironrim, go north, east, pass Iron Mine and the island with the broken bridge then head north to the tower (arena).
- If not, go straight north from Ironrim to Peridot Pass.

PERIDOT PASS
- Whatever path you choose at the beginning, the exit is in the northeast corner. There are several chests.

PERIDOT CAVE
- Save before pushing rocks to pass (in case of mistake blocking the rock).
- Go west to activate the first lever (to the east there is a locked gate). Note the locked gate
- Go back full east then south through the gate now unlocked.
- Note the third locked gate. Activate the second lever. Get FISHING LINE in a chest (the fish in the lake of Corinthe is only for money purpose by selling it to a merchant)
- Go back to the first lever then go north through the unlocked gate.
- Activate the third lever.
- Go back to the third gate now opened. There are fives chests. Get SOOTHING LIGHT, OBSIDIAN BANGLE and EARTHCLEAVER.
- Return to the third lever, continue north to exit.

PERIDOT PASS
- Several chests to the east. Get GOLDEN SCEPTRE and LEGION HELMET.
- Go back to the entrance and take the western path heading north.
- Follow the path. Take CHAIN CAP in a chest.
- Save. BOSS BATTLE (wind elemental). Obtain TORNADO SCROLL.
- Exit through the southwest corner.

FERRUM
- Julian : proceed to the Academy. Senator Glacius want to speak with you.
- Pub : NPC gives MERCHANT PASS. It's necessary to cross the river east of here.
- House just right of the pub : NPC gives MALT CIDER.
- Market (southeast corner) : NPC merchant sells a runecraft which allows to use Sharpen more than once in a battle for 700 K.
- Academy (room to the northwest) : the Rosetta Stone given by the Alchemist in Corinthe is the key to enter the ruins north of here. Get scriptures there.
- Academy : Glacius gives BARBARIAN PROOF to facilitate the mission in Entoban and a TOME that allows the access to the Ranger Class with ENRAPTURE, SILENT RUNNING and ARROWS BARRAGE techs.
- When exiting the Academy, Felix asks to go to the Catacombs where is brother is buried. Take stairs down to the east.

FERRUM CATACOMBS
- Save often specially before pushing rocks.
- Go east. Read the plaque (senator Clothe - 2813 - number 6). Note the lever behind the traps and the locked door.
- Push the rock on the grey paving stone at the entrance and take the passage heading north.
- Push rock on the grey paving stone to the east. Read the plaque (hero Drizzt - 2344 - number 9).
- Go back to the entrance then east and north. activate the first lever.
- Go back to the entrance and take the second passage heading north then west (note the locked gate), south and west. Read the plaque (archwizard Nero - 1766 -number 3)
- Push the rock on the grey paving stone to the north.
- Go to the statue. The answer is 396 (order of the dates 1766, 2344 and 2813).
- Go back south, east, north to the locked gate now opened.
- Go north, west (note the locked gate and don't move the rock for the moment). Activate the second lever.
- Return to the entrance then east and activate the third lever.
- Go back to the second lever, go south, save, destroy the grave (battle) and activate the fourth lever.
- Go back north then east. Get Insomniac Bangle and activate the fifth lever.
- Return west then north through the locked gate now opened. Push the rock on the grey paving stone to the east.
- Go back west then south. take stairs down.
- Save. BOSS BATTLE (2 Assassins) at level -1.

FERRUM
- Automatic return to the Academy.
- Glacius has no information who the assassins were working for.
- Aelia : we are heading west through the Etherim Highlands and into Entoban.
- Ophelia joins the party (but remember that the active team can have only four characters so a choice is to do.). As a Ranger she has Enrapture spell which causes her to learn Ranger Techs from foes. Don't hesitate to cast it in combat : Ophelia will learn useful spells.

LAKE NEVARRE
- If you have Fishing Lines (you can buy them in the potions shop of Ferrum) you can catch FRESHWATER FISH. Save before fishing as the line can break. Anyway, the line breaks always after each capture. These fish restore HP and SP of one character outside battle.

NORTHERN KEEP
- Due north of Ferrum.
- Go west to open chest.
- Return to the entrance. Jump where you see tiny triangles. Go north then east and south to open chest.
- Go north, east, jump and open chest to get MALICE.
- Go back west, take the stairs then east till the slot you see in the northeast corner. Use Rosetta Stone to open the stone door and enter.
- The two statues have a spherical hole in their pedestals that something can be inserted to.
- Activate the first red button to open the two doors west and east.
- Go west. Note the traps blocking the room entrance and the locked door.
- Follow the path and activate the second red button.
- Return to the entrance then go east, north, east, south, north, west and activate the third red button.
- Go back to the entrance then west, nord and activate the first lever.
- Return to the entrance then go east, north, east,south, north, west, north and activate the second lever.
- Go back to the entrance then west and enter the room south of the passage. Six chests to open : get PALADIN ARMOR, PALADIN HELMETand CASTING WEAVE.
- Go west, north and the second passage to the east till the plaque. Read it. Save (in case of) and push the rocks on the north grey paving stone then on the south one. Get the first PASSAGE STONE.
- Insert it in the pedestal of one of the statues then go to the northeast part of the level. Read the plaque. The three levers being in up position, lower them in this order : center, left and right. Get the second PASSAGE STONE.
- Insert it in the pedestal of the other statue which open the door.
- Save. Touch the chest : BOSS BATTLE (Garuda). Obtain REGAIN STREAM and ANCIENT SCRIPTURE.

FERRUM
- Academy : gives the Ancient Scripture and obtain the CREATION SHARD.
- Rest and resupply.
- Exit to the campsite to the west.
- Saqve before entering the campsite.

CAMPSITE
- It has been destroyed.
- BOSS BATTLE (Ragnar and Aern).

ETHERIM HIGHLANDS
- Go west. At the first crossroad, there are two chests to the north and to the south. Then continue west.
- When the road go south, follow it (there is a tiny triangle to the west but this leads you till dire wasp hive and you can't enter it for now).
- Read the inscription. Entoban is to the west, but go east then south and follow the path till the hermit's house.
- The hermit says the road to Entoban is blocked. He can give blast powder in exchange of four bottles of dire wasp honey.
- Go to the dire wasp hive. You have to take all the passages from the entrance in order to get four DIRE WASP HONEY BOTTLES.
- Go back to the hermit and give him the bottles to obtain BLAST POWDER.
Part 3
- Go west then to Entoban. Several chests are on the both sides of the road. Get MITHRIL BOW and CHAIN COIF in them.
- Use blast powder to clear the passage.
- Save. BOSS BATTLE (Chimera).

KHUSAN
- Castle : King Boris wants you to prove you are pure through test. Answer "Yes" to Aelia to obtain COMBAT MANUAL. You have to go to the sewers; its entrance is in the north part of the town. Barbarian Khan joins the party as Aelia and Marcus stay by the king as hostages. In level -1 to the east (-1 to the west is jail), get two FRESHWATER FISH in the kitchen.
- Militia house (west of the castle) : a band of Hobgoblins is located in a valley across the Dondoran Wastes. Find their camp to the west beyond the forest.
- Militia house : talk to the bandit in the cell. Go to his hideout (just left of the runecraft shop) and talk to Cassius. Buy the Sleeping Potion at the market (800 K) and use it on the bottles behind the bar in the militia house. Get the Prison Key on the militia captain to free the bandit. Return to the hideout : reward followed by battle.

KHUSAN SEWERS
- The entrance is in the house between the runecraft shop and the techs shop.
- Beware of traps.
- Follow the path. You arrive in a room with two passages heading south.
- Take the western one. Activate the first lever.
- Take now the eastern one then go west. Save and fight the Sahagin leader. Obtain the SEWER KEY. Get the ELECTRIC BLADE and the STATIC GENERATOR.
- Go back to the western south corridor. Open the gate with the sewer key. Activate the second lever. Get the EPIC SONG. Note the lever behind trap.
- Take the eastern south passage another time and go south. Acivate the third lever. Note the closed bridge and the ladder down.
- Return to the western south passage. Activate the fourth lever.
- Cross the bridge and take the ladder down.
- On level -1 : save. BOSS BATTLE (Rune Shell). Tough fight : use Ophelia's web missile spell as often as you can. The opponent is sensible to physical only 50% but to thunder 200%; he has at least 18000 HP. Obtain TIDAL GENERATOR.
- Exit.

KHUSAN
- Castle : king Boris says an Eternal Gate is on the Gurgan Mount, a volcano to the north. LORE SHARD obtained to close the gate. Journey through Dondoran Wastes. Stop after in Paypap Village to get equipment.

DONDORAN WASTES
- During your journey, you will be oppose sooner or later to a single opponent which seems to be be a giant plant (I don't remember its name). Don't forget to cast Ophelia's Enrapture spell on it for she learns 1000 Pinpricks spell (as its name says, this spell causes 1000 HP dommage)
- Go west, north, east and south. Talk to the scout. He needs a potion from the alchemist Ellin in Paypap Village to cure his horse. Continue south to a chest
- Go back north, west, north, east and south. Get the SMITH KEY shining in the sand near the small lake. If you have fishing line, you can catch LUTEFISH.
- A little north of the lake, you can see an eastern passage to a small area where you find the EMERALD PIN Pin shining in the sand.
- Go back then north and west. Explore the northwest part of the screen to find three chests and the RUBY PIN shining in the sand.
- After this exploration go back to the northeast part of the screen and head north to access the following screen.
- Go straight north to find two chests.
- Then go south, west, a little north, west and south to a chest.
- A little north of this chest is a western passage to a small area where you find the SAPPHIRE PIN shining in the sand.
- Go back then north, east, north, west to the tomb. Open it with emerald, ruby and sapphire pins. Save. BOSS BATTLE battle. Get ISTHAR ESSENCE and CLARITY AMULET.
- Exit then go north, east, north, west. Save. Go north.
- Save before entering the next screen. BOSS BATTLE (Medusa).

PAYPAP VILLAGE
- Potion shop : Gaius (in the west part of the house) sells POTION for the scout's horse (800K). He looks for a cursed mirror, a cursed circlet ans a cursed harp (we have not the later yet).
- Armourer : give the smith key and you can buy magic equipment (in particular : ICE TONGUE sword for Lionel who need it in the volcano where opponents are sensible to cold).

DONDORAN WASTES
- Give the potion to the scout
- Go to see him in the stables of Paypap Village (northearst corner) to get 1000 K and the WARMONGER MASK.

HOBGOBLIN CAMPEMENT
- It is southwest of Paypap Village.
- Find the CURSED HARP in a chest in the southwest part of the site.
- Save and enter the tent : BOSS BATTLE (Minotaur). Get EFREET ESSENCE and WINTER HAMMER.

PAYPAP VILLAGE
- Potion shop : Gaius removes the curse on the three artefacts. You obtain the SECTRUM CROWN, the SACRED MIRROR and the CALMING HARP (the later is the most important : no fight as long as one character is equipped with it).

KHUSAN
- Militia house : you receive 1000 K and the EMPEROR'S TOME to have solve the hobgoblin problem.
- When exiting the militia house, a NPC explains that the Emperor's Tome is a part of a set of four. Someone would probably know where are the three others. Lionel says that the answer could be found in the Forum on Corinthe.
- Go to Corinthe by the train (200 K).

CORINTHE
- Forum. On the first floor, the Ministry of Defense tells you that it's possible an Eternal Gate be in the Emperor's Citadel which is in the mountains where that goblin tribe originated from. The Emperor's Tome is one of the keys to enter the citadel. The others are the Creation Shard, the Ocarina and the Stone Cup.
- As you have the four keys, the Emperor's Citadel is accessible.

EMPEROR'S CITADEL
- From Corinthe, go west, cross the bridge and then go west along the river.
- Beware of the arrows. Somme of them are poisoned.

Level 1
- Go west, take the first passage north (note the grey paving stone), go north, west and activate the first lever (note the locked gate near it).
- Go back then east, north and activate the second lever.
- Go back to the entrance, then go west, north and activate the third lever. Continue east (note the stairs up and a lever)and activate the fourth lever.
- Go to the gate near the first lever and activate the fifth lever.
- Return to the entrance, go east completely then north and activate the sixth lever.
- Return to the fourth lever, pass it and activate the seventh lever.
- Return to the entrance, go east completely then north, west and activate the eighth lever.
- Return to the entrance and push the rock on the grey paving stone following the arrows on the ground (go west at the beginning). The shining circle replace the rock in its starting position in case of mistake.
- Go to the stairs and activate the ninth lever. It opens the gate of the room with the chest near the entrance. Get EXPERT SASH and SECTRUM CROWN.
- Take stairs up.

Level 2
- Activate the first lever. Go north, west to the southwest corner then go north before the spikes, east, south, west and north. Activate the seconf lever. Get the EMPEROR'S COIN.
- Go now to the northwest corner ands activate the third lever.
- Return to the southwest corner, go north then east and activate the fourth lever.
- Go to the northeast corner and activate the the fifth lever.
- Go to the southeast corner, enter the room through its door now opened and activate level 6. Get the SANDALWOOD GUN. Read the plaque and put the ring Memento in the small cistern to obtain the DIVINE WAND.
- Exit this room. Go west to the rock. Push it firstly onto the grey paving stone which is in the northwest corner.
- Go back to the southwestcorner and go on the shining circle. This replace the rock in its starting position. Push it west then north in the middle of the corridor onto the second grey paving stone.
- Take stairs up.

Level 3
- Save and fully prepare your party. Depending of your choice, you have to face one or two BOSS BATTLES and in the later case you could not save until the two fights be finished.
- First BOSS BATTLE (Terminus). You obtain the SWORD OF GAIA and the SWORD OF ARK.
Part 4
- After this fight you have to choose : destroy him or "help" him If you choose to help, the second BOSS BATTLE occurs : it's a very long and tough battle; personnally I fight with Lionel, Aelia, Ophelia and Marcus using often Web Missile spell (Ophelia) and Debillitating Shot (Aelia) for then opponents can't act while marcus casts Freeze Bolt spell and Lionel uses Ice Tong sword. Don't forget to replenish the SP when needed.

- CORINTHE
- Forum : report to the Ministry of Defense. You receive 3000 K.
- Rest and resupply if needed.
- Go back to Khursan by train then go to the Mount Gurgan to the north.

MOUNT GURGAN

Level 1
- Beware of the flames on the ground.
- Go east, jump and activate the first lever.
- Go back to the entrance, then a little west, jump and head north. Read the plaque "make a sacrifice to the hellfire to light the way to freedom". Note the three stones on the right of it.
- Go east and activate the second lever.
- Return to the plaque then west and activate the third lever.
- Go back to the plaque then south from where you came, jump, go west, jump twice, go north, jump and activate the fourth lever.
- Return to the plaque then go east, south, jump, get FLAMEMAIL in a chest, go east, jump twice and get the GARNET PIN shining on the ground.
- Insert the garnet pin in the slot of one of the three stones.
- Then go west, jump twice and take the stairs down.

Level -1.1
- Go south then east and activate the first lever. Note the closed gate
- Go back to the entrance of this level then east, south, east and north. Take the GURGAN KEY shining on the ground.
- Push the rock onto the yellow paving stone.
- Go west, south through the gate now opened. Read the plaque : the answer is "glass". Get GARNET PIN.
- Return to level 1.

Level 1
- Insert the Garnet Pin in the slot of one of the three stones.
- Go east, south, jump, head north, east, northeast, jump and take stairs down.

Level -1.2
- Follow the path till the closed gate. Activate the lever.
- Push the rock onto the yellow paving stone.
- Go through the gate now opened, jump, go west, jump, go west and take stairs down.

Level -2
- Follow the path and open the gate with the Gurgan key.
- Go west and activate the first lever.
- Go east then north and activate the second lever.
- Go south, east, north and activate the third lever.
- Go south, west, north, west and activate the fourth lever.
- Go east, south, west, north and activate the fifth lever.
- Return to level -1.2.

Level -1.2
- Jump, go west, jump, go north and activate the first lever.
- Go back then completly east of this level, jump and activate the second lever.
- From there, return near the stairs down, jump, go west, jump and go north.
- Look at the skeleton (note the word "gold").
- Look at the dragon. The answer is 715124 (alphabet : G=7, O=15, L=12 and D=4). Get GARNET PIN.
- Note the hole near the plaque slightly east of the dragon statue.
- Return to level 1.

Level 1
- insert garnet pin in the last free slot of the three stones. This opens to gate near. It remains one closed gate.
- Get the DRAGON STATUE shining on the ground.
- Return to level -1.2 and insert the dragon statue in the hole. This opens the last closed gate on level 1.
- Get FORM LEAF CLOVER and ROGUE CAPE in the chests then take stairs up.

Level 2
- Go north then jump twice, STOP AND SAVE.
- Fully prepare your party because you are going to face THREE BOSS BATTLES and you could not save or modify something between each of them.
- BE SURE THAT MARCUS IS EQUIPPED WITH NO VALUE OBJECTS (THE CALMING HARP IN PARTICULAR which will be very useful later in the Land of Charn; personally, I make him "naked").
- The two first Boss Battles oppose the party to an Efreet then to Circei (leader of the Followers). I used the same tactic as in the Emperor's Citadel.
- The last Boss batlle oppose Circei against Felix only. The fight ends when the Eternal Gate self destroys. If you have made Felix a Shaman (like I do) use as often as possible Summon Serra Spell.
- Anyway, Felix dies when the gate is destroyed.
- Automatically the party returns at the entrance of the volcano and learns that Marcus is the traitor (he is also a Follower). Then he disappears engulfing with him all he wears and the Lore Chard (that's why it is important to make him "naked").

KHUSAN and FERRUM
- Automatically the party returns to Khusan.
- Khan says there is strange events in the land of Charn so it's obvious an Eternal Gate is there.
- Aelia says the party has to go east to Charn and past by the imperial capital.
- Take train to Ferrum.
- From there, go east to the gate house (across the river).
- Note : there is a tomb to the southwest of KHUSAN. I did find the way to get in.

GATE HOUSE
- A guard gives you a PACKAGE for Baba Yaga, a fortune teller in the imperial capital.
- On the road east of the gatehouse, you are intercepted by a knight who says the emperor Tiberius wants to see you.

IMPERIAL CAPITAL
- Imperial palace (automatic) : Tiberius thinks the land of Charn has already fallen to the Darkness. He gives you METEOR RAIN spell
- The party returns (automatic) to the entrance of the capital.
- Talk to the guard and show him the package.
- Baba Yaga's shop (automatic; you can't go to anywhere else) : give her the package. She says her spellbook has disappeared. The divination she uses was borrowed from the lizardfolk who guard the Ancient Ziggurat to the west of here.

ANCIENT ZIGGURAT
- It's not a complicated dungeon. On each of its three little levels, you have to activate levers and/or to push rocks onto grey paving stones to clear the passage and to make stairs appear.
- On the third level, save. BOSS BATTLE (Annumaki) to obtain UPLIFTING SONG, EXPERT SASH and ANCIENT SCROLL(where is the shining circle) the later to deliver to Baba Yaga. In exchange the Bard class is unlocked for assigning through the Class menu.
- Talk a second time to Baba Yaga if you want to buy Bard Techs.
- Then go to Charn. YOU WILL BE ASK TO SAVE BECAUSE NO RETURN WILL BE POSSIBLE AFTER ENTERING THIS LAND.

LAND OF CHARN
- As your line of sight is very restricted, use the Calming Harp if you don't want to be in battle more often than you wish.
- Go west (there is a key you need straight north and also a hole, but you can't do anything now).
- You can catch GOLDFIN BASS in the sea if you have fishing lines.
- Go north then until you are blocked then go east.
- In front of the locked door, take the MACHETE shining on the ground. You need it to cut brushes.
- Go back west then south following the western side of the screen till a second hole in the ground. Inside, cut the brush and take the SCRAP PAPER shining on the ground with the number "46".
- Go east then north of the entrance of the screen. Cut the brush and take The CHARNIAN KEY shining on the ground.
- Go back to the door and open it with this key.

SELETAN TUNNEL
- Go always east (note a shining object on the ground behind a closed gate) until you pass before a charnian crest (you can't do anything with it now). The northwest part of the screen is useless.
- Go north, west, pass before a locked door, cut the brust and activate the first lever.
- Go back and take the shining object you previously see. It's a ROPE.
- Exit the tunnel and go to the hole north of the arrival on the screen. Use the rope and take the second SCRAP PAPER with the number "23".
- Return to the charnian crest in the tunnel and enter the number "2346". You obtain the ROYAL INSIGNA to use on the door near the first lever. Save and prepare your party then go through this door.
- BOSS BATTLE (Circei for the second time).
- To the west, you find an apparition which sells potions. To the east is the exit.

CORINTHE
- Go east, pass the lake where you cought fish, take the tiny bridge.
- Go east, south, east, south (by the east side of the runecraft shop), west, south (by the west side of the house with a blue roof; remember this house), south (by the stairs, west and north
Part 5
between the two houses.
- Get the PUB KEY shining on the ground.
- Go south, west, south (by the west side of the potion shop), west (pass the inn) and finally enter the pub.
- Take the House Key shining on the ground.
- Go back and enter the house with the blue roof.
- Take the TEMPLE KEYshining on the ground.
- Return and pass the pub, then go north (by the west side of the pub), west and enter the temple.
- Take the FORUM KEY shining on the ground.
- Return to the house with a blue roof, then go due west.
- Enter the forum, prepare the party and save. Then talk to the false Clara.
- Final BOSS BATTLE (Dark Spawn for the second time).

END
Save when asked.

In the ELDER FOREST there is a hidden treasure chest near a campsite with a diary and a skeleton. in the blue chest is a mimic weak against earth magic and it drops a ring that prevents poison.

After Mount Gurgan is beaten, you can get Lucifer's Essence from Virgil in Ironrim's forum.

If you use the Emperor's Coin at the altar at Lake Nevarre, you'll get Undine Essence for the Shaman. I wish I knew that before going to the volcano.
