For a text version, read on:
1) Make sure to Buy/Have a C-4 and equip it.
2) Find a game (any gamemode) and go in the game.
3) Press 'Y' to open up the text chat box.
4) Type in 'We Are Legion' into the text box.
5) Plant the C-4 at your feet and explode it, it should kill you.
6) Check in the 4th equipment slot, it should be there.
7) If it isn't there, leave the game then it should be if you did the steps correctly.
