Two words : Stock Market. Just get the tech and the money to start one, which can take a couple of decades in the worst cases. From there with care and ambition the World is yours ! Ideally you use spies against countries with big GDP like the United States, Germany or PRC to crash their own markets. Then you invite them to join yours. That strategy does wonders.
