Improved Shrines

Description
Makes Shrines not just useful to cure diseases.

Duration of all is increased to 10000 days up from 8 hours.

Talos: 20% less time in between shouts
Akatosh: Magicka Regen 10% to 20%
Dibella: Speechcraft +10 to +20
Julianos: Magicka +25 to +40
Kynareth: Stamina +25 to +40
Mara: Healing 10% to 20% more effective
Stendarr: Block 10% to 20% more damage
Zenithar: Prices 10% to 15% better
Arkay: Health +25 to +40

Picture is of the shrines in the Dovakiin hideout mod. I highly recommend it as it's getting updated quite frequently, and it's cool.

Shrine of Talos isn't changed because I honestly think 20% is already really good.

*Note: In these notes, the first number is what it used to be, and the second is what it is.

EDIT: Forgot Arkay's Shrine. Thanks to wardenmagic for remiding me.

Dude this mod seems great (havent tried it on yet)... But what i'd really love for it to expand into, is a mod "buffing"/remaking the religions of skyrim! I want the worshippers of talos (ex.) to mean it, maybe have disadvantages when blessed by talos (ex.). To make shrines more like Standing Stones.. An idea (in my head a great one too) could be to make a "Talos" enchantment, that would buff/strongen the effect of a talos shrine buffing or maybe make the disadvantages less?

If someone knows a mod that kinda does this, please hook me up! :DDDD

If auriel's blessing were added, then the mod would require dawnguard. This is supposed to work with vanilla skyrim.

Not to sound like 'm complaining....but 10,000 hrs??? seems long.
I feel that 24 to 48 hrs would work well for me with the hideout.
Honestly, we all have to come home for one thing or another. Stash, enchant, potions, or maybe clean clothes and a bath~ ~ ~ ~ *,*

@King Loon. It says 0%, but its actually 20%. It's a bug from the original Skyrim

So I'm not sure it's this mod, but it may have the effect of making amulets do 0%. Or at least they say they do 0%, or +0, that kind of thing
