A guide on how to make emoticon art

Finished Product

Here is an example of a finished emoticon art that can be used on steam profiles

Step 1

Go to Mosaticon

http://steam.tools/mosaticon/

Step 2

Copy and paste your steam profile url in the box on the website, then click "fetch emoticons"

Step 3

On the left, click on the emoticon you want to use for your art background, then click "blank canvas"

Step 4

Adjust your Canvas' Width and Height (the max width for steam showcases is 32)

Step 5

On the left, click on the emoticon you would like to use, then click on the canvas to "draw" your emoticon art

Alternatively, if you have an image you would like to use, simply upload the image

Step 6

You would want to cut off the excess emoticons when you are finished with your artwork. Simply reduce the canvas size.

Step 7

Hit the "export" button. Copy and paste the code into your showcase/group/profile.

• Use contrasting coloured emoticons, so that the emoticon art stands out from the background
  
  
• Try finding emoticons that are generally one colour, making your artwork clearer
  
  
• The best emoji for a clear/black background is The Broken Table emoticon
  
  
• To share emoticon arts, use this[paste.mattie.net]

• If you wish to find emoticons of a certain colour, use this[www.google.com.sg] site, and filter by hue, then drag the left slider till the emoticons displayed are the color you want
