Morphics Is easy to get, but it seems to be EVRYWHERE on Mars.
If you are looking to get Morphics easily, keep an eye out for these!

Savage Salvage

Salvage. A very very commonly needed meterial. Mars, again, seems to have a massive amount of salvage from dropped enemies, Lockers, and Mainly breakable storage containers. I normally get around 3000 salvage every time I play a Mars mission. Salavge Containers look like this:
