No that would be Neurotenic that you're thinking of. Tissos are all about stealth and speed but not mind powers.

Well the tissoplastic strain is all about stealth and tracking prey. It's all subject to change, but the last I remember tissos are meant to have quills that allow them to track animals somehow and have a corrosive bite that can melt through even metal. They should be super fast, agile, and able to camoflauge as well. Not sure if all of those things apply to every tisso or if some of it isn't planned anymore.
