How to "Beat a Developer's Record 10 times"?

The first proposal: You will have to play expert difficulty. Otherwise, you won't be able to beat the developer's time.
My second proposal: You need to make sure, your workers are always working. No time should be wasted on idling.

I could beat a developer's record 10 times, but it was hard. Example: I had to try the 1.1 level appr. 5 times when I beated the record. If you see you don't need too much time to beat the record, try again any do it something different. :)

3.3 and 4.5 are also easy levels to beat the dev's time on. I even beat the dev time on casual mode on 4.5.
