THE FALSE ONE RISES, begins with an invitation to accompany a famous traveller on a grand adventure... Before long you are slumming it with the scum of Skyrim. Squeezing out information by whatever means necessary as the body count rises. You'll be facing other adventurers and you may want to take a friend or two with you.

This quest doesn't hold your hand. It requires just a little bit of reading clues. You will be making conversation choices that reflect your style of character. You will be travelling to different locations.

There is an interesting story, some nice loot, violent enemies and an exciting final battle.

This mod requires no other mods to play. It is unlikely to cause conflicts. It adds new characters and situations, not locations.

It starts as soon as you log in. Let me know if you beat it.

A new and more ambitious adventure 'Rescue Bronwen' is now also available on Steam.

Q. HOW DO I START?
A. Find Tatermallion in Arcadia's Cauldron, Whiterun (probably upstairs).

Q. THE QUEST DIDN'T UPDATE AFTER I FOUND TATERMALLION.
A. It is not designed to update until after you have spoken with Akenova. Until then you have to do a small bit of detective work. Read the clues and follow them : )

Q.DIRE WOLF WON'T SPEAK TO ME.
A. Save your game. Quit. Log back in. Should unblock.
