Try starting the game and when you are in the menu press the shortcut for the steam overlay. The menu becomes a little less invisible... repeat in every menu and you can play the game.

Instead of releasing sh*tty remasters, why doesn't Rockstar just fix these stupid bugs and progressively improve the game play of this game? This bug is so annoying. I will not download third-party programs to fix one of the most stupid bugs ever with the risk of getting some binary that registers your keystrokes and then steals your passwords.
