I want to suggest that you do not check your employees all the time. You should keep your subordinates under supervision, because without control there will be no order. This means that the work will be performed poorly. But it doesn't have to be strict control.
Employees should find satisfaction in their work, feel free and motivated. When everyone feels motivated, there is general feeling of well-being in the organization
Subordinates shouldn t discuses or criticize the decisions which are imposed above.
But the organization must organize meeting so that all workers can contribute to the common cause. Everyone can suggest ideas for improving the work.
You should give subordinates the feeling that they are valued. It will give them responsibility and they will make the work much better.
