Getting All the Achievements
By hotdogPi
Completing the game will not get you all the achievements (although you do need to complete the game to get them all). This guide should help you get all achievements without spending much more time than you normally would completing the game. If you don't know how to complete a specific achievement, or just can't manage to do it, this guide will tell you how.

CAN INTO SPACE and four prerequisites
If you complete the game without triggering unrelated achievements (this is impossible; you will die at least once), you will get 5 achievements. They are:

1. LIFT OFF: For first lift off.
2. bALLs: 3rd checkpoint (3/10 of way to the Moon). I don't know why the achievement is named bALLs.
3. HALF WAY UP: 5th checkpoint.
4. I SEE STARZ...: 9th checkpoint.
5. CAN INTO SPACE: Win the game and reach the Moon. If you are using Mac or Linux, a bug will occur (will be fixed in the future) where you will get a white screen instead of seeing the ending. Even if this happens, you will still get the achievement.

Because CAN INTO SPACE requires the other four, you do not have to worry about the other four.
I LIEK PARACHUTES and CRASH AND BURN (and FIRST BLEOD)
For I LIEK PARACHUTES, all you have to do is die 50 times in air. All deaths are in air, whether it's fuel-related or health-related, unless you intentionally try to hit the ground, so it's basically "die 50 times". Note that ground deaths for the CRASH AND BURN achievement do not count toward the 50.

You shouldn't need to try to get this achievement; I got it long before I won.

CRASH AND BURN requires 5 deaths from hitting the ground. To do this, just rotate your vehicle immediately after liftoff so that it points downward, and do this 5 times. This achievement has a counter to keep track of how many times you have done it, although you shouldn't need it if you do it consecutively.
There is no specific time where it's better to get this achievement. Do it whenever you want, but remember that you will never get this one by accident.

Since "FIRST BLEOD" triggers on the first death, you shouldn't worry about "FIRST BLEOD". I'm wondering why 0.2% of people have LIFT OFF but not FIRST BLEOD, though.
GOTTA CATCH'EM ALL (and TOO BIG TO FAIL)
To get GOTTA CATCH'EM ALL, you must touch every type of countryball at least once. If you're wondering "what happens if I touch this one", it is likely that you still need that one.

You shouldn't need to try to get this achievement; I got it when I could only get to Checkpoint 3, and I touched all the countryballs at least 10 times by the end when I could win.

TOO BIG TO FAIL is a prerequisite: it requires touching Canada, Russia, and China. These are the three large countries in the game; they are the three that are large enough to pull you in via gravity. Since this is a subset, you don't need to worry about getting "TOO BIG TO FAIL", as you'll be guaranteed to have it when you have GOTTA CATCH'EM ALL.
ALL THE THINGS! (hidden) (and ALL THE STUFF)
ALL THE THINGS! is a hidden achievement. It requires you to upgrade all perks and parts to maximum. Your last achievement will probably be either this or CAN'T INTO SPACE (see below).

ALL THE STUFF is a prerequisite; it only requires ship parts to be upgraded to maximum.

Since it is possible to get to the Moon without full upgrades, these achievements will take extra time. However, "ALL THE THINGS!" (both perks and parts) is the only one you need to worry about.
SEPPUKU and THIS IS SERBIAAA!
SEPPUKU requires you to touch Japan 20 times. (Japan touching you is the same as you touching Japan.)

THIS IS SERBIAAA! requires you to touch Serbia 20 times. In case you don't know which one Serbia is (most people have not memorized every single country flag), Serbia has an axe.

You don't need to try to get these achievements; you should have them well before the end of the game. It helps that both Japan and Serbia have a tendency to attack you multiple times. Japan is more common than Serbia, though.

Side note: If, by chance, Japan and USA are in the same section of the screen, you will get dialogue between them. Dialogue that is not player-related is very rare.
POLAN STRONK! and PROBLEM?
These two achievements seem similar. However, they are very different.

POLAN STRONK requires you to touch countryballs 50 times in one game. They can be 50 different ones once each, the same one 50 times (pretty much impossible), or anything in between. This will happen before you win, so you don't need to try to intentionally get this one.

PROBLEM?, on the other hand, is a very hard achievement. You need to collide with THE SAME countryball 25 times in a row. I'm not sure if two different Japans are considered "the same" or not, but it's much better just to use a single large ball.

You will need full or almost full armor upgrades. To actually obtain the achievement, you should go directly beneath a large countryball (Russia, China, or Canada) while at full or almost full health. Usually, you will be pushed out before reaching 25 hits. If this happens, just fly toward the same countryball that you just hit a bunch. If you fail, do not try again until your next lift off; you will have too little health left.

This achievement may take several tries, and it takes time away from trying to complete other achievements. The best time to try it is after winning.
DEBTY and GERMONEY
DEBTY requires you to have debt. This is the ONLY achievement that might require you to restart your progress.

To have debt, you need to start with a low number of coins, and then you have to collide with Greece, who takes about 20-25 coins from you, and then spends the money on gyros (at least according to dialogue). If, at any time, the amount of money you have is negative, even mid-flight, you will get the achievement.

Switzerland will randomly give you money or take money away each time you hit it. Don't rely on Switzerland, though.

If you buy everything possible and still don't have DEBTY, you need to restart progress after getting every other achievement. This will not cause you to lose your other achivements.

It may be helpful to quit in the middle if you start a round with a low number of coins (lower than 25) and don't get the achievement, and you are nearing the point where you have bought everything. Quitting in the middle will nullify any coins you have received for the round.

I had debt exactly twice in my game, and the first of those was during the first lift-off (I had 3 coins after upgrading). I never had a problem with the achievement, but others might.

GERMONEY is completely the opposite: Germoney (nowhere in the game is he spelled "Germany", even in the upgrade descriptions) gives you 5 to 9 coins each time you hit him, but you also lose health. The achievement requires you to get 100 or more coins from Germoney in a single round. I do not believe it has to be the exact same ball; finding a second Germoney after the first should be fine.

You cannot do this at the very beginning due to lack of health/armor, but your ship does not need to be upgraded anywhere near full, either. To complete this achievement, bump into Germoney head-on. I got enough for the achievement that way, although I also died from it. If it's not enough for the achievement, find another Germoney and do the same.

Germoney is stationary and larger than most other countryballs, which makes this achievement easier. However, only rely on Germoney for the GERMONEY achievement, not for the PROBLEM? achievement (see above).
BREAKDANCE! and ROUND WE GO
BREAKDANCE! and ROUND WE GO are two achievements that are very rare accidentally, but easy to get without having to sacrifice much time.

BREAKDANCE! requires braking 100 times in one round. When you lift off, alternate the brakes on and off, starting immediately. Otherwise, play normally. When you get the achievement, you're done.

You might not be able to do this until you are partially upgraded, but you don't need anywhere near full upgrades.

ROUND WE GO requires you to do a full 360 in flight. It may not be obvious that you can point your ship downward, but you can. Just rotate completely, and you should get the achievement. Just make sure not to do it immediately after lift off, or you will crash into the ground.
LAW OF ATTRACT and CAN'T INTO SPACE
These achievements have NOTHING in common, but I have put every section in groups of two or more, so I put them together.

LAW OF ATTRACT only requires one paragraph. To get it, get two magnets within 7 seconds. This will happen many times throughout the game, so you don't need to worry about getting it. In addition, 7 seconds is longer than the duration of a magnet, so it's even easier than "get a magnet while under the effect of another".

CAN'T INTO SPACE requires some discussion. It is hard if you don't know what you're doing. In addition, some people seem to have it without actually meeting the requirements; more people have the CAN'T INTO SPACE achievement than the I SEE STARZ... achievement, which makes no sense as you can't get the CAN'T INTO SPACE achievement without reaching Checkpoint 9.

The CAN'T INTO SPACE achievement requires dying close to the moon. Halfway through Checkpoint 9 is not enough; you must see the moon in the foreground (and not win, obviously).

In the upgrade screen, it shows your last run, for example "262144/384000". This means that 384000 km is the number required to win. When you are close to 384000 (approx 378000), fly horizontally. (Don't worry about hitting friendlies; they boost you in the direction of the rocket, not upward.) I was flying level at about 381500 when I died, and I got the achievement.

You should make this the FIRST achievement you try to get after you reach the moon, because coins likely still matter for the ALL THE THINGS! hidden achievement, and you will get many more coins than trying for the PROBLEM? achivement (if you don't have it already).
Conclusion
Even though "Polandball Can Into Space" is a short game that can easily be completed in a single day, I hope that this guide helped at least some!

Serbia: Polan get achievement, I do not, no fair

For PROBLEM? I think its better if you find a LatviaBall before the 1st checkpoint where there is not much traffic and keep hitting it. I did it with half the armor and handling upgrades and it was not that hard to get it.
