[U100] The Beard Build - Dodge / Shotgunner / Rifles

A build themed around the Hotline Miami's franchise character Beard.

Hello bois!

It's been quite a while :) but I'm back from my hiatus and I'm ready to pump out more guides.

This time, as suggested by someone on my profile, I'm going to tackle The Soldier, our beloved bearded best friend. So grab your helmet, grab your shotgun and ready up your rifles!

It's on the house.

Overview

Skills - Mastermind

Starting off with the Medic side of this build, you got a steady supply of maxed out First Aid Kits for you and your team while also packing the always useful Inspire.

Moving onto the Sharpshooter part, we got Stable Shot basic for +8 Stability.

Rifleman basic to both aim faster and to move normally while aiming.

High Value Target aced to deal more damage to special enemies and to aid your teammates in killing them.

Finally, Aggresive Reload basic will cut down your reloading time with the AMR-16 by 15% percent.

Skills - Enforcer

On the Shotgunner side, we got Underdog aced to make you more resistant and deal a little extra damage. Shotgun CQB and Shotgun Impact aced to increase your reload speed with shotguns, stability and damage.

Finally, Overkill basic will give your shotgun a 75% increase in damage after killing an enemy.

In the middle of the trees, we got Resilience aced to increase your armor recovery rate and reduce the visual effect of flashbangs.

Die Hard and Transporter basic to help you completing objectives. Shock and Awe aced to further improve your armor recovery rate and to provide an easy way to deal with Shields.

Bullseye basic for armor-gating and Iron Man basic to beef up your Lightweight Ballistic Vest with 30% more armor.

Skills - Technician

A couple of skills that both boost our Stability and Accuracy.

Skills - Ghost

Duck and Cover aced to help you run faster and for longer periods of time, while granting you 10% extra dodge while you run.

Parkour aced to further improve your running (RUN FORREST!) and to let you reload while doing so.

Inner Pockets aced to help you conceal your melee weapon and ballistic vest.

And finally, Sneaky Bastard aced will grant you extra dodge even with your big weapons.

Second Wind basic, for the 1 point it costs to aquire, it's a pretty good skill for escaping tight situations.

Skills - Fugitive

Nothing to see here...

Perk Deck

Put that armor to good use.

Armor - Lightweight Ballistic Vest

Basic, but enough for the leader of the Ghost Wolves.

Weapons - Primary

This is my rifle... - AMR-16 Rifle

Standard issue, but it's enough for you to clear out entire buildings full of russians. It's mean, it's powerful and it's scary-black. Call California, they want their banned weapon back.

Up-close or from afar, this little baby got your rear covered for when your primary runs out of ammo. Or, say, when you're in the mood of blasting people in the face.

It's not exactly napalm, but it's as close as it gets.

Hey could you add another primary that doesn't use AK/CAR mod pack, because I don't really want to do the achievments also it would good for other people wo don't have the dlc.

@Viper_ Thanks for the comment! And I've been wanting to publish my Tony build for a while now but I thought you people wouldn't want a melee-focused build :P

Also, i also reinforce the idea of a melee build as @Foxstache said, specially since OVK is revamping the melee system so that they are no longer trash. Love your builds too by the way!
