Simple Ghost Master Walkthrough

Ghost Master is one of my favourite game & I've been playing it for years, but I always forget which ghosts to choose at the start of the haunting & since you can't really win with the wrong team I though I would make a really simple guide for each level.
Note that this guide assumes you will get all the ghosts available on each level.

Haunting 101
Need: cogjammer
Recommended: shivers + clatterclaws + stonewall

Weatherwitch: Cogjammer, Strange Behaviour, Stereo
Calamityville Horror
Need: stonewall + boo

Maxine Factor: lure someone to discover the door / when the skeleton has been found lure an adult woman to Maxine

Arclight: Stonewall, tremor, patch of earth by Arclight / lure someone close enough for him to posses

Static: Stonewall, tremor, plant nearest chimney / Boo, Kinesis, Living Room near fireplace

The game will end shortly after two bodies have been discovered
Weird Seance
Need: static + aether

Lucky: Static, deer head, sparkstorm

Terroreyes: Aether, outside window, shattering song

Wendel: scare away Ted Gable
Summoners Not Included
need: weatherwitch (gusts) + stonewall + aether + boo (kinesis)

(brackets indicates that this ghost can be replaced by another with the same power & similar fetter)

Whisperwind: Aether, bicycle, shattering song

Raindancer: Stonewall, outhouse, tremor / wait for someone to use the toilet once beehive is smashed

Moonscream: Weatherwitch, trapdoor (ground level), gusts / make Moonscream show herself

The Unusual Suspects
Need: stonewall + raindancer + cogjammer / static
Recommend: Terroreyes (fascinate)

don't scare Norman Franz until you have used him to gain Blue Murder

Do not scare Dr Krauss or Dr Brunner (who will collect Dr Krauss)


hidden: banzai

Banzai: bind Stonewall to the plant in the waiting room

Blue Murder: Scare the Officer Andrew Haid, once he is no longer guarding the room with the stolen money Norman Franz will reveal himself as the dirty cop then get Blue Murder to appear in front of him

Electrospasm: Bind Raindancer to the sink in the same room as Electrospasm and cast Flood, at the same time get Electrospasm to cast Spark
Deadfellows
Need: lucky + raindancer (flood) + banzai (quake) + quiver

(brackets indicates that this ghost can be replaced by another with the same power & similar fetter)

Flash Jordan: Bind Banzai to the pot plant next to Flash Jordan and cast Quake

Knuckles: Wait for someone to play roulette and bind Lucky to the wheel and cast Luckstorm. Knuckles will be freed when the dealer is beaten three times in a row.

Fingers: Get Jude Klous to pass through the piano room.

Wavemaster: Lure a mortal down to the pump room and have Raindancer cast Flood, this should prompt them to operate the bilge pump, freeing Wavemaster.
Poultrygeist
No strategy needed :)
Facepacks and Broomsticks
Need: Water elemental, Earth elemental, and Air elemental

Hogwash: Get Tony Tuplo to enter the room Hogwash is in

Firetail: Bind the elementals to the other items in the witches' circle

Tricia: Get Blair Welchel to stand in front of the mirror Tricia is trapped in
Phantoms of the Operating Room
Need: Moonbeam (cacophany)

Daydreamer: Have Moonbeam cast Cacophany as close to Daydreamer as possible

Harriet: Scare Kevin Caulkin so he drops the toy rabbit. An adult should pick it up and return it to Jimmy Dowd.

Brigid: Scare away all female staff members except for Dr Cathy Winnery. Dr Seth Greenwood will eventually go to the basement and try to makeout with Dr Cathy Winnery in front of Brigid.

Blair Wisp Project
need: weatherwitch (gusts) + terroreyes (obsession + icy touch) + firetail + aether (gather winds) + banzai (quake)

Spooky Hollow
need: aether + whisperwind + banzai + harriot + hard boiled

hidden: stormtalon
Ghost Breakers
need: hogwash + stormtalon + sparkle
Full Mortal Jacket
need: firetail (bonfire / inferno)

What Lies Over the Cuckoo's Nest
need: wisejak (trojan gift) + stormtalon (surge) + hypnos (sleepwalk)

need: harriot + electrospasm + stormtalon / hogwash

I've played this on and off for years! One of my all time favourite games but I've never finished every level! Must try one day. I always get stuck on the ship.

There are some unnecessary ghost usage:

Summoners Not Included: Whiperwind: Aether is not needed, Weatherwitch guts and Whisperwind whirwind together is enough.

The Unusual Suspects:
Electrospasm: Using cogjammers wild and crazy will do same thing. Not necessarily better but at least easier XD

Deadfellows:
Flash Jordan: After you release Wavemaster, bind him to aquarium and use hail. Banzai is not needed

Facepacks and Broomsticks:
Firetail: No need for so many ghosts. Bind raindancer and use rain.
