#21 has the wrong screenshot. It's actually in the previous room to #22. The screenshot shows both in the same room.

Such a dik move of the developers to put two collectables halfway through the sewer maze. You're usually there for 5 seconds as you're focused on the map and the pass. Most other of these games have a similar portion but they don't put collectables in the middle.
