How to make Chaff

Chaff is really usfull when the enemy is using infra-red guidence missiles. the parts you use are the sticky flares, and i recommend about 1 block of missile space so then the reloading of the chaff is faster. now then you will put the (missile controler) and put a (weapons system) on the back. now this part you go into the (weapon systems settings) and turn all the enemy targeting systems down so it cant sence anything, then when you do that, you put down am (automated control block) there you go and click the (Hostile missle closer then [imput] meters). then click (weapon systems) at the (Affected) the (affected range) depends how far you put your (automated control block). also click the (fire weapons) tab. my recommened imput is (600m) you can adust what ever you feel is right though. now press the test button to see if only the chaff missles come out. if not lower the range of the (affected range). now test with an enemy that has infra-red rockets and see if it shoots out chaff or not at your imput range. also put down a (Munition Warning System) so then the ship can actually see the missile. now it should work!

how do you make the weapons system not target enemies? it cant do 0 and instead does no limit
