u just changed some armor on the NPCs

Good idea! I always thought the Stormcloaks should be dressing more Nord-like.

I'll try recreate the helm bug on my system, if I can'tthen it means you have a mod conflict. should be possible, tbh I find in my saves the full helm is rare, out of ten guys 2 have them. but i'll look into it.

I like this mod alot, but I have two minor problems.
1. Even after starting a new game (or resurrecting them), the guards do not wear steel helmets, they continue to wear the full face masks.
2. Is it possible to somehow disable the spartan style helmet for the legion? I feel like those should be much more rare, yet 3/4 legion troops have them.

Changes stormcloak,thlemor and imperal armor lists. City guards use steel not fullface helms. Stormcloaks use steel armor(varys) Thelmor use elven before they use glass. Most imperals use the full imp armor, not the leather stuff(some still use it) Imp full face helms have been added to the level lists.

More info needed, the detailed description bit is broken.

I agree, pictures would be very nice. Wouldn't want my Imperial soldiers running around in My Little Pony outfits x)
