EDF Uber Quality Graphics Mod

Reshade profile that adds in SMAA,FineSharp,MXAO,Bloom,Curves,DOF, & DPX. Updated to Reshade 3.08 and DOF added!

!Read First!

This should not affect online play and any problems that involve this not working are not related to the files or installation method, but are caused by other software programs on a computer that usually deal with overlays.
Also, please turn off 'Anti-Aliasing' in the game's options, before or after you install this.

NOTE! There is a problem that the Depth of Field effect will blur out menus/words when the crosshair/cursor is pointed at a distant area or such.

Information

Reshade is an highly compatible tool that adds graphical effects to games; I used this to try to only enhance the game's look and color but not change them. This game seemed to lack most types of post-processing graphical effects like bloom, color filters, and AO/Indirect Lighting - that I have added in. One of the features I'm more proud of is the image quality from anti-aliasing and sharpening methods I have used because I always found those very lacking and not well done in other reshade profiles and I have made another guide about just the AA and sharpening.

!Installation!

Extract the contents of this file, as they currently are, into the game's folder, approximately here: steamapps\common\Earth Defense Force 4.1

So, in the same folder that the 'EDF41.exe' (you may not see the '.exe' at the end of this file but that is okay) you should have both 'dxgi' files in it and this 'reshade-shaders' folder'.

You will know this is working when there is a bar at the top of the screen, when the game is starting up, with text on the left side, and you won't have to do anything more with this! And, for those of you interested, you can press your 'Scroll Lock' or 'Scr Lk' button on the keyboard to turn these effects on and off in real time!

Hi.
I tried it and is so so. DoF is ugly and it's fps killer. No problem, can be turned off (Shift + F2).

My problem is that even without DoF, my fps tanks a lot. I have constant 59-60 fps even with mega-giga explosions all over the place but with this "mod" it's barely above 40, and even with DoF off, it simply can't go over 48 fps, and when a lot of explosions happens, it tanks below 40 which is just too much :/.

Conclusion: you need higher spec comp than mine (Core i5-9400F + 16GB DDR4 + Radeon RX 470) to run this mod.

I believe on this version you can press Scroll Lock during game for Reshades menu and then you find Matso DOF in effects and uncheck the box for it and hit Scroll Lock again. Since Im not able to check myself atm this is what I know off hand.

Is it possible to pick and choose? I'd love to implement the improvements but personally am not a fan of DOF.
