Steel Armor A ---------------> 3 Steel Ingots
Steel Armor B ---------------> 3 Steel Ingots
Steel Cuffed Boots ---------> 1 Steel Ingot
Steel Shin Boots ------------> 1 Steel Ingot
Steel Helmet -----------------> 1 Steel Ingot
Steel Horned Helmet -------> 1 Steel Ingot
Steel Nordic Gauntlets -----> 1 Steel Ingot
Steel Imperial Gauntlets ---> 1 Steel Ingot
Steel Shield ------------------> 2 Steel Ingots

Weapons:

-If you haven't the item you want to smelt in your inventory, it doesn't show up in the smelter menu. If you have the item in your inventory it shows up.

because if you want only steel remelting and not ebony remelting you can only subscribe to steel remelting

Did you condition all the smeltdown recipes to only show if the player has the item in their inventory?

And, why not make all these one mod? Seems to me like there is no reason to have them separate.
