Basically, don't get any stats too far into the negative, but focus on duration, range and strength.
If you wanna judge the builds I have saved in my screenshots then by all means go ahead, but its only a way to easily re-make builds when playtesting, since I have the memory of a fish and won't remember the builds. If anyone reading this wants to see, then have a look and feel free to use them if you believe they're useful enough.
If you can balance range and strength, it would be great. High-Mastery ember players generally go for ~190% each and manage to deal over 60% of the damage on most missions they play in.
