Locked weapon? here is the fix!

So, you came back to play another session of FC Primal and you can't use one (or more) of your weapons?

Fix:

While you are ingame use your Weapon menu (Q by default), then select the locked weapon and use your scroll wheel. Your weapon is now back! :D

You will have to hold in the mouse button to craft them, for longer than you have to with arrows, because the clubs take several seconds longer than arrows.

If you hold in the Q key, it doesn't just "switch weapons" it allows you to choose from a wheel - and while you're choosing, you can scroll through each weapon type you have - and if you lack one, you can easily craft more via the same menu. If you've got the 2-handed club unlocked, you can already craft the single-handed ones. What happened is the one you were using broke, or you threw it or burned it to a crisp as a torch. Just craft he same way you craft arrows. Works the exact same way.

unfortunately the next/previous weapon buttons only switch between selected weapons, ie bow to spear etc, not individual weapon types. guess I am stuck with the two handed club

I recommend you playing with a USB mouse, but you can try to change the next weapon button to whatever button you want in the settings menu.

Just ran into this problem. Wish I had seen this solution sooner. I have to do the Rhino beast battle all over again. Yuck.
