Simple Extra Money Making Tip

A simple tip for maximizing the coins you receive while playing.

I wanted to share a small tip for Chef Solitare USA that you may have over looked. Since there are no guides for this game yet I decide to take a few moments and create one to share with the community. So without further ado let's get to it...

Let me apoligzie right up front for all the bad puns you are going to be forced to read. I'm a real JOKER when it comes to writing, so I hope you can DEAL with it! This guide will be FLUSH with good information so let's just get STRAIGHT to it.

To make use of this simple tip, you must first buy the Menu Board from the Kitchen Store. The Menu Board is the 4th item to be unlocked, with approximately one item being unlocked per state completed.

The Menu Board is one of the more expensive items, so it might be worth it to save your money in the early stage so that you can acquire the Menu Board as soon as it is available. Of course, do what SUITS your playing style the best.



The Menu Board provides you with one wild card per hand, that can be used instead of drawing the next card from the deck. You can BET it helps achieve more perfect scores. Once you purchase the Menu Board you can go back to complete three stars on any hands you missed as it will be much easier now.

Maximizing the Wild Card

I have to HAND it to you for reading this far. Don't worry though I only need to FOLD a couple more puns in before I can CALL it quits.

If you can avoid using the Wild Card until the end, which is not really that difficult if you PLAY YOUR CARDS RIGHT, then you can RAISE the amount of coins you earn. Each unused card in the deck is worth an additional 50 coins.

As can be seen in the following image, there are 13 unplayed cards remaining in the deck. If I simply play the Wild Card at this point and complete the perfect hand by selecting the Queen, King and Ace, I will reap a greater reward than if I had played the Wild Card earlier in the set.



You can see the extra "50" coins briefly displayed on the screen once per card. In this case a couple had already faded away before the screen shot could be taken. All told this tip added an extra 650 coins to the total.



Since you get one Wild Card per hand you should never end a hand without using it. Always use it each hand, either as described in this guide, or simply to extend a long combo run that you have going.


Addendum: Once you purchase the Pepper Grinder, you can use it in conjuction with the Menu Board to allow you to end with as many card left in the deck as possible for extra bonus coins

Conclusion

I know this is a minor tip, but I hope it ups the ANTE in your gamplay allowing you to ACE the levels. I guess I should have added a PAIR of cooking-related puns also, but there is always next time. I'll CUT my losses for now and see you in the next guide!

A good Level for lots of cash is Utah - 5.
I made between 5k and 13k per round there.
