Step 3: You never have enough money, never be ashamed of selling your enemy's pants.
Step 4: Rune Master exists purely to blast other mages.
Step 5: Wards are great against dragons, make your enemies effectively immune to magic, and are otherwise useless to you.
Step 6: Hotkey your hood / some other piece of +Magicka equipment. Shame is for the weak.
Step 7: Don't use Frost spells, ever, outside of Solstheim.
I have literally 1600+ hours between Skyrim and SE, mostly with mages.
