Getting Invite Co-op To Work
Por Big Bete
Just spent a long time, trying to get this to works with lots of confusion, but without further adue here we go. FOR WINDOWS of course,

I use Hamachi, or any private network tunneling software, if you don't use it, sorry. I don't have access to my ports.
Here Is a link:
https://www.vpn.net/

Get Hamachi, create an account, set up a network, make sure you're both connected to the same network, and also online, a green dot should appear next to your computer's name if your online.

OPTION 1 (Typically for Windows 7 and below):
OPEN NETWORK AND SHARING CENTER> CHANGE ADAPTER SETTINGS >
Press ALT while you're in this window, go to advanced> advanced settings > Adapters and Bindings

Click on Hamachi and click the green up arrow till its at the top, and press OK.

BOTH OF YOU SHOULD DO THIS
If you have windows 8 or higher, this UI will be removed for some people, so you have to do OPTION 2.

OPTION 2 (Typically for Windows 8 and above):
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ADAPTERS AND BINDINGS, OR THIS SETTING DID NOT SAVE
Open "Windows PowerShell" , MAKE SURE YOU RIGHT CLICK AND " RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR".
Type in
netstat -rn
press enter
scroll up and see the things listed under "Interface List". Look for the network with the the word hamachi in it. See the number at the beginning, before the dots? Take note.

Now type in
Set-NetIPInterface –InterfaceIndex x –InterfaceMetric y

Replace x with the number I said to take note of, and replace y with 99( a number higher than the other numbers on the "Interface List") You want to do this so hamachi has top priority control of your ports, in my knowledge.

and press enter
Nothing should appear on that command console if it worked.

You use ubisoft to invite if you do not know how, shift-f2 for the ubisoft overlay.

That should work, if not, or you don't have windows, I'm very sorry for ubisoft's/uplay not fixing their broken ♥♥♥♥, the problem has existed for 3 years now, and they just seem to have forgot even though the hundreds of forums posts and support tickets from the community.

If you have any problems feel free to comment and contact me, I'd be glad to help you fix what ubisoft could not.

is anyone having problems joining online multiplayer right now? it's fine when me and my other account are both connected using our home ISP but I'm having trouble connecting to my friend on the other side of the country. Why is that?

My friends and I have found that using the actual Ubisoft launcher, instead of Steam, to open Blacklist has fixed most of our connection problems when trying to connect.

Thank you for the how to on using LAN tunneling though. I was curious how to do this. At some point I'll have to give it a try.
