Gardener of Lango - Harvest 1000 fruits
Once you reach Plumpet Island you'll get a short tutorial on the game's farming system from Frogboy. You will plant various types of seeds in the garden and can water them by lining up the vertical and horizontal blue bars (this is just so they grow more quickly; they'll still grow eventually even if you don't water them at all). After a few seconds (again, this will be faster if they're watered correctly), the plant will begin to shimmer, meaning it is ready to be harvested. Simply pick the plant to receive some crafting materials and you'll get credit for one harvest. The 1000 Harvest Fruit Math is the following Thing:

Your Plants Level up. Max Level is 3 and after a few times harvesting them on Level 3 They'll split into another seed who gives you other Materials.
1. Level = 3 Fruits from Plant
2. Level = 6 Fruits from Plant
3. Level = 10/11 Fruits from Plant

That means if you harvest the Plant one Time and you get 10 Fruits that means you've already 10/1000 Fruits harvest. Repeat that step like 10 Times to each seed and you've completed the Achievement. Pretty easy actually :-)

This will definitely come easily as you play the game. You will need to return to Plumpet often to restock your ammo supplies (the plants you harvest are used to craft ammunition for your ranged attacks). Plus you have to fill the entire garden and level it up for other achievements.
Custodian of Scrollroads
Defeat the Mushriga

Mushriga is an optional boss found in the Scrollroads. As you head toward the exit to progress the story, if you head West instead of East you will find this giant mushroom.

This boss battle is extremely tough, not only due to the boss' high HP, but also because every time he is attacked, he will summon a smaller mushroom enemy (up to a max of six) to fight with him. While it is possible to kill it when you first arrive in this area (around Lv11 or so), it would be extremely difficult. However, the boss is always available to fight, so simply return later when you have a stronger party with better attacks that can target all enemies on the board. The only Tip i can give you is: "Prepare yourself pretty well, because he will... Kill you in a second."
The Red-Haired Enigma
Olia rejoins the party.

Spiritualist of the Sands - Help 50 ghosts to rest at peace

When you arrive in the Scrollroads dungeon, you will immediately see a save point ahead. Turn west from here and speak to an NPC to receive the From Beyond Perk, which you will need to equip on someone. Make sure the character who has it equipped is also your on-screen character (you can switch this by hitting or ), and you will now see the ghosts that haunt the world. The ghosts will spawn continuously if the Perk is active, and they always roam in groups of three. They are quite easy to kill, and doing this achievement right away will help you level for the upcoming boss fight at the end of the Scrollroads area. You will also get a handy Perk from the NPC for every 25 ghosts you kill that you should have equipped on all your characters (it guarantees a critical hit on your next attack after killing an enemy), so killing 100 ghosts to get four copies is ideal.

Ghosts will spawn in every part of the world, and you can easily get all 50 from the Desert area.
Supreme Scavenger - Open 50 chests

Open 50 Chests

There are very few "hidden" chests in the game. The most they do to hide them away is put them behind a fallen column on the ground or inside a crack in the wall. Even then you'll be able to see a piece of the chest. There are more than 50 chests in the game as well, so even if you miss their weak attempts at hiding those few, you'll get this easily before the end of the game.
Owl Tide Bestiary - Defeat one of every enemy

Defeat one of every enemy

There are 60 normal enemies and 14 bosses in the game for this achievement. The game has a Bestiary in the pause menu where you can track your progress. None of the monsters are missable, though a few are optional and you could pass them up in the story without really noticing. This post has a list of all the enemies (in the order you'll find them in the Bestiary) and their locations.

Festival Masters - Complete all Tournaments with Gold Ranking

Complete all Tournaments with Gold Ranking

The tournaments in the game are available shortly after unlocking the "Sentient Support" achievement, as part of the story. There are only two of them, one in Zaber and one in Suvia. You will need to complete the one in Zaber first, as this rewards you with a token that allows you to participate in Suvia. To get a Gold ranking you will need to complete the tournament in the fewest amount of battles possible. There are five rounds to get through, and a Gold requires that you only fight five battles. So you'll need to round up every enemy that spawns and take them on at once.

The Zaber tournament is no problem. I was Level 15 at this time and got Gold on my first attempt. Suvia is another matter entirely. I'm not sure why, but the enemies in the second half of the game are much tougher than the first half. You can complete the tournament with any ranking to move the story (don't group the enemies all together), then simply return later when you've leveled up a bit to try again for Gold.

Make sure your super abilities are charged and you switch stances between battles depending on what types of enemies you're facing. Once you get Gnart's whirlwind super ability, you can wipe out the first wave in one shot and it should be charged back up by the fourth wave to do the same to them.
Diligent Hogbunny - Fill up the garden with plants
Fill up the garden with plants

There are 22 seed holes in the garden and you simply need to have a plant growing in each of the spots. As you continue to harvest each of the plants, they will mutate and award you with a new seed to plant. You will get three of each plant type eventually (so 24 seeds total) and will be able to fill up the garden. See "Lango Plantmaster" for a bit more info.
Heroic Hoarder - Return all barnacles to Plumpet Island
Return all barnacles to Plumpet Island

After reaching Plumpet Island for the first time, you'll be given this side-quest by Frogboy. You'll need to find and defeat four specific enemies throughout the game and return them to the island. Once returned, you can feed them to get crafting materials for the Perks. Their locations are marked on the maps below:

1. Shockle - Northwest (NW of Zabirum Temple)
2. Burnacle - Desert (S of Solar Array)
3. Galeicle - Plains (E of Suvia)
4. Icicle - Nadir (W of Anvirum Cavern)

NOTE: The Burnacle has a tendency to wander. Just walk the world map around the Solar Array and he'll be somewhere in that area.

Fearless in Karba - Fully level up all Bonds between all characters
Fully level up all Bonds between all characters

Bonds can be formed once you have three party members. The bond is used to get passive bonuses as the bond increases, as well as charge up the super abilities for your characters during combat. You will select two party members to be grouped together, and any actions those two characters take during battle will charge the super meter. Once you activate the super ability, you'll be able to use special abilities for both of the characters until the charge wears off (each ability uses a different amount, and you get five charges). You can use it all with one character or split it between the two if you'd like.

As for leveling all the bonds, this comes from simply fighting battles together. You'll want to pair one set of characters and fully max out their bond (Level 5), and then switch to a new bond. The only exception to this might be the first bond you finish, as you'll likely not be finished with the bond you have going on your other two characters, since the fourth character doesn't join at the same time as the third.

As with the Champions of Umbra achievement, you'll likely have two characters who sat out and did not form bonds throughout the game, so this will take a bit of grinding to unlock later on.
Owls of the Nest - Complete the game

Konkylian Custodian
Defeat the Hollow Knight

The Hollow Knight is an optional boss found on the world map, just north of Druha Tower. I'm not sure exactly when it spawns as I never looked up that way when I first visited this location (it's probably always there), but there's no point trying to fight this boss before Level 20 anyway.

The main attacks used by this boss are all AOE elemental attacks that will hit the entire party for 2-3k each. Considering your health at Level 20 is only between 4-5k, this is not a good thing. The best way I found to tackle this boss was using Olia's super version of the Intervene skill. This will have her absorb all the damage the entire party receives onto herself. So while this will kill her in one shot, it will leave the other three at full health. Use your next move to bring her back (either use a consumable or Gnart's spell if his turn was next), and because her paired partner is still alive she will go right back into her Super stance. Use her Intervene skill again.

While she is sacrificing herself for the party, you should be laying out as many DOTs as possible. Stack up a bunch of Fire Traps with Ive and use Amon's ranged ++ attacks as well (normally I'd suggest Gouge, but bleed doesn't work). Gnart should use his super after the third AOE attack (Olia will only be able to absorb two of them), and heal the party back to full health. His Heal uses three of the five super pips, so you could either use the other two for a Regen, or if he is paired with Ive you can use two of her super traps (I did this when I killed him).

The only other thing you can do to prepare for this fight is maybe switch out as many nodes in the Talent Boards as you can to include the Resilience card, which boosts magic defense, and craft extra Perks similar to the final boss strategy in the Road Map for extra elemental protection. This will lower his AOE damage and allow you to survive a bit longer. You should also be using any of the +3000HP health items you have during this fight, and enter the fight with both pairs of characters at full health and Super meter.
Champions of Umbra - Level up all characters to level 20
Level up all characters to level 20

There are six total playable characters in the game. The final two added to the party (Taika and Pat) join quite under leveled compared to where the rest of your characters will be when they join, so unless you spend some time getting them up to speed right away, they will likely be left on the sidelines for the majority of the game. You'll have to work on their levels and bonds at some point though.

To level up more quickly, it is beneficial to group together as many enemies as possible. Obviously this will make for a tougher fight, but if you have your super abilities charged, you can easily take on 6-8 enemies at once. You get a multiplier for every extra enemy, so you can rack up a few thousand xp in one battle if you're bold enough.

You'll likely get to Level 20 with your main group before the end of the game, so you'll just need to grind with the other characters a bit somewhere safe where they won't die and lose out on the experience. I personally used the first area of the Tremel Tree until it stopped giving experience, then the first area of the Underwater Mile.
Disciple of the Onurasi - Completely fill all the Talent Boards
Completely fill all the Talent Boards

The Talent Boards are basically the game's version of skill trees. There are a few set abilities inside each talent board, and the rest of the board is blank to start. When you fill in the blank tiles to touch the set ones, those skills/bonuses will activate (and you can swap them out for something else if you don't use them). There are three different types of slots, so you may need to wait for a drop or craft something depending on the slot you want to fill compared to when you actually earn the talent point to fill it.

Talent Points (TP) are gained once per level, though you also earn bonus TP from Level 1/3/5 of the Bonds you form with each character, so this will be where the majority of your points come from. You'll get enough Stat (round) and Ability (diamond) cards throughout the game to fill all those nodes, but the Perk (Jigsaw Piece) nodes will take some extra crafting to fill in. See "Great Wave Alumni" for help with that.

The one character who can be a bit confusing in this task is Taika. Taika's ability cards will be earned by using his Sixth Sense ability on specific enemies to learn new attacks (whereas everyone else gets theirs from chests and/or bosses). These are as follows:

Lightning - Sparktank
Frost Bite - Barghest (Blue)
Gust - Little Marvel (Blue)
Quake - Crabler

It's possible you could learn these from other creatures, but these are the four that worked for me.
Lango Plantmaster - Fully level up every type of plant
Fully level up every type of plant

To level up a plant, you'll need to harvest it often. I'm not sure on the exact number of times it takes for each level increase, but if you pick the plants a few times each visit to Plumpet Island, you should get each of them maxed out before you get all the other achievements. If not, simply stand in your garden and pick them over and over for a while. You get more ingredients from higher level plants, so maxing them out earlier in the game may be beneficial if you want to spend the time.

There are eight types of plants in the game, as follows:

Spud - Story related
Revival - Story related
Fire - Story related
Aqua - Story related
Cactus - Story related
Shock - In a chest next to the Quadragon boss (Taika rescue)
Snow - Story related
Poison - In a chest next to the Mushriga boss

Once you fully level the basic version of a plant, you will see a notification that it has mutated, and a new seed type will be added to your inventory. Plant this new seed in a new slot and continue to level it the same way you did before. There will be a third mutation for the final version of each plant. Once you level up the third version of each plant, the achievement will unlock. Note that you do not have to keep the basic versions planted to unlock the achievement, and in fact you'll be forced to uproot at least two of them since there are only 22 seed spots, but 24 total plants. You only need the third-tier plants in the ground and and fully leveled to unlock the achievement.

NOTE: It has been found that you actually need a recipe that involves the plant type to get the next level of seed. The one most people seem to hit this issue with is the third tier of the poison plant. Make sure you do the "Konkylian Custodian" achievement to get the Toxic Lance++ recipe. Once you have that, the plant will mutate properly. But again, every plant requires this process. Find the "+" version to get the first mutation and the "++" version for the second mutation.

NOTE2: Watch out about the "Uproot" option. I did that in the end on 2 plants just for better organization in the garden, and I noticed that if the plant was level 3, when you uproot and plant again, it will go back to level one. -.-
Great Wave Alumni - Craft one of each Perk Talents
Craft one of each Perk Talents

Perk Talents are upgrades that will go in the Talent Board. There are 16 total different perks that can be crafted (there are other perks in the game but they don't have a corresponding recipe). You'll often be given one copy of a perk for free on top of the recipe itself, so make sure you actually craft a second copy of the perk to get credit for this achievement {unless you get credit from the free one?}. The perks that can be crafted are as follows:

Air Master - Loot: Galeacle (Barnacle Quest)

Since there may be more people look for the Last Talent i will reply here as well. I helped "Soul_Ipocrit" with his last Ability for Pat.
Those are the Ability you need for Pat:

Intervene
Imprison field
Gravity field
Explode
Accelerate field
Amplifire
Channel life
pat 2.0 upgrade

The one many People are missing is the Talent Ability "Repair".
It's in the tower of dhur. When you get in middle door, kill fire djinn and its on the right side of yellow amri attractor, in a chest.
