Love the guide on Daedric artifacts. Right now I'm stuck in the mind of Pelagius, have banished his self-loathing and paranoia, but Sheogorath keeps telling me I'm not finished. I eliminated the battling elementals first, so it can't be that. Of course it's impossible to find any information on how to do these things, cuz I'm over 30 and wasn't born with it. Anyone able to post something that might help me finish quests? I don't want to read an encyclopedia or spend days watching videos, I just want to know how to get stuck in dead ends.

Just saying man but for the Cicero armour all you have to do is make him a follower and give him better armour (Blades Armour worked for me) This way you can steal his armour. Other way is to use console to kill him, take the stuff, then resurrect using console. This creates a duplicate of the armour.
