1 Call the nobility there fat, so they diet.
2 Get minister
3 Get Mil Points

Clergy
1Grant them Mpangu, mbwilla, and songo
2 Get the minister
3 Get points.

Get All advisors and try not to loose money


Now Invest it all into your capital and do not tech up beesides in mill tech for rennisance

Kongo kill everytin, aka if you see the weak, pick them off and feed vasslls when you can, but don't overfeed em.

First probably eat tyo though because A, you get a mision and B they ussaly only ally Yaka.

I might have used some anti coalition shenanigans to get this but don't tell anyone... fine here is my secret! Have a lot of men, and tech ahead so people who do coalition you will just feed you more land.

If people like mutapa coalition you, then just improve relations.

Exploration Ideas

Exploration for kongo is know a science to me.

First you colonize Rukwa.

As you get your explorers and stuff get a conquistidor and say hey to mali. After your Rukwa stopped colonizing, colonize the province of Bonny. FNAF eu4 confirmed!


For people thant don't know where Bonny is,

Thats is the major colonzaztion areas. Make sure to use conquistador.

For extra pieces of Kandy, coloize South Africa or if you are feeling ballsy go for colonialism in america.

And your second idea group should either be

A Religous
B Expansion
C Quantity

Mutapa

This region is always so wierd in my games, it was dominated by Maravi-Kilwa Alliance.

Luckily, I realeased Mutapa as a vassal and fed them the cores back.
In your game, If mutapa owns everything just kill them and feed a random vassal it.

For dealing with the maravi kilwa alliance, it is called break alliance, for soem reason, when I embraced rennisance, i was worlds 6th greatest power :P

Just rince and repeat after the first war, the first time is always the worst

By 1512, I was pretty gucci, besides the ottomans (who i assume didn't loose to mamluks...) I was the strongest Power In Africa.

Mali friends

You gots two major expantion routes, up to mali, or to go up from kilwa and say suh dud to ethiopia/

I just went up to Mali because as good as zanzibar trade node is, You won't be a trading god this game. And for some reason when i got to mali, i got a lot of cults. After my first mali war, 4 cults without counting islam.

Tips 4 teh malis


*Try and take your religon before it is gone.
*Get major provinces before portugal/castile (Timbukto)
* Try and wall of the European scum
* Try and ally people to take down powerhouses.

Fast Forward like 100 years...

After you take life half of west africa and start to border Ethiopia, your pretty much set, besides one power that everyone is afraid of.... BYZANTIUM!!! No, the ottomans, pretty much you can easily beat the ottomans buy doing this easy trick for only 17.38.

You allied France (or the ottos but backstab them and ally france later) for two reasons,

ONE: To gkill spain or portugal in africa

TWO: To help with Ottos, you fight kebab with bagguete.

If the ottos in your game were weak, good! then you pretty much have nothing stopping you.

If you are in my game, Ottos had 145 force limit without quantity in 1560....


I beat them by Allying there rivals (russia) and if your were desperate, you might be able to wait till max administrative effiecancy to only fight the ottos once or twice.

If you were smart with your exploration ideas, you should have been colonizing islands and get madagascar, because you need them for achievment so if you don't get the Achievment thats why



This is the end, after wars with ottos, you are ez done


I would also try to get a glitch out to a public, and it isn't a good one, because reasons, I didn't get the achievment because I had a glitch with my ironman name and where this happend



If this happens, then restart because you can't earn achievment.
