C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Firefly Studios\Stronghold Kingdoms\

If you don't see an "AppData" folder it's because Microsoft hid it: http://www.wikihow.com/Unhide-Folders-in-Windows-7

You can also use access the Appdata folder by typing %appdata% into the Windows Explorer address bar.
