If you have textures problems,turn down Shader Wuality to Medium to work.
去设置里面把shader 细节调成中等或以上，推荐中等

It's OK to ask question,this problem happens inexplicably,and my suggestion is go to your option,and change your Video quality,you may need to try many times.

My Mercy has purple missing textures all over her, how do I fix it? (I'm new to the whole steam thing, sorry if I sound stupid)
