Player model icons show up as error

a fix for the error in the player model icons

The fix

go to the location of your steam folder and go to- Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\materials\spawnicons\models

move all the files and folder to another location (for exemple a folder on your desktop) to be sure that even if it deosn't download the icons the icons that you already have are saved and can be placed back if it doesnt't work.

run gmod and the icons should be fixed.

if it does not work

if the icon and the player model anomation look like errors you brobably don't have the addons that are on the sever.
if you do i might be a problem with the addon.

Thanks! My problem was that when the game first rendered my model, it was just an error, but now that I've perfected the model, I deleted the image file and it worked!
