Translation:

Manos Limpias
Destruye a balazos a un Rataman.

Translation:

You need to destroy Rataman by shooting your pistol.


Gobernator Nivel 1
Obtén tu primera estrella.

Translation:

Get your first star.


Drones contra los ladrones
Destruye a balazos un drone dorado.

Translation:

You need to destroy a Drone by shooting him.


Gobernator Nivel 4
Obtén 4 estrellas o más.

Translation:

Get 4 or more stars.

a quick tip for those struggling to destroy the REVLOX: start level 4 on normal (not gold) and you will encounter one in the first corridor, after a cat and a green-shirt enemy. Destroy them both first , then go towards the wall, and it will spawn behind you. Now it's a matter of jumping behind it and running to the opposite end again, turning around for a split second every time you've gained a bit of distance (do this 2-3 times per run), jumping over it again at the end of the corridor, and repeating this til it's dead. If one of the previous enemies dropped a gun upgrade, definitely use it on the REVLOX first, as it will weaken it to the pistol ammo. Good luck!

The "Drone" achievement is connected to the 2 Drones at the middle of chapter 2. Essentially the mini boss, I think.

The "Drone" achievement is connected to the 2 Drones at the end of level 2. Pretty sure.

To get the 11 gold stars you have to aquire 11 black stars first.
When you have chosen a level there will pop up a window you have to confirm.
You have to choose the yellow text box to proceed instead of the green one.

btw you must have something wrong, you translated Gobernator Nivel 11 and Gobernator de Oro both with get 11 stars.
I think the Gobernator Nivel 11 means get 11 lives.
