Demo update
'Moon River' is a 2D top-down view brain-twisting game.

The player is locked in the screenplay : when he crosses the boundaries, he finds himself teleported to the other side of the screen.

The player has to go through different levels, leading him to use the abilities of the character to solve a series of puzzles becoming more and more complex as the game progresses.

The game plays also a lot around visual incoherences induced by the ortographic view.

You embody a character sealed in the screen, and your goal is to free yourself from this curse. The more you progress the more control you'll get back, to finally achieve your freedom.

The game is playable on MacOSX and PC and is playable with Xbox controller or keyboard.

Release statut:

It's still in development and the current version contains 5 levels, the final version would be ideally about 10 levels long.

Try it:

Downloadable demo here:
The demo only features the first level of the game.

@guillaume Thank you! These tracks are really great. Maybe you can make a DLC out of it?

@metaphysic1 Oh you're right, I actually also made before that a game in 2D with that mechanism and thought it was more interesting with that top-down view.

@Amberbaum Thanks! Yes why not! You can already listen to the soundtracks here:

This looks absolutely beautiful! Do we get the soundtrack as download once the game is out?

And I agree that this and HDL look different. I don't understand why the comparison was made in the first place.
