Medics stuff
Yes, both medics are equipped with pretty nice guns. No, it shouldn't be a main reason to choose this class. And NO, pressing E from time to time doesn't mean you are helpful to your team.

Equipment

Axis medic - von Graff
MP44 - high fire rate with good damage, decent mag size and reload speed. Aiming with iron sights makes sense only on big distances,
Luger - it's like every other pistol in this game. Means you will use it only in extreme situations like lack of ammo in main weapon (and that almost never happens), It okay-ish gun on short distances and it's worth to aim down sights because in this case it makes accuracy really, really good (yes, it also increases recoil),
Knife as the ultimate tool of humilation.

Allies medic - Camille Brun
Sten is your main weapon of (moderately small) destruction. Similar to Graff's MP44 it has high rate of fire and good mag size. However, damage output is a little lower in comparison (Or at least it feels that way but don't quote me on that. I really wish we could see all gun stats in game),
Walther P38 pistol - you know you won't use it anyway.
Tiny french fists to punch that damn Dilo to death (or most likely to just lower his health a little and then get knocked down).

There is not much to say about guns. You use it and you know if you like it or not. If not - goodbye, enjoy your Hardgrave/Streicher experience.

Achievments

Camille:
French Persistence - Score 7 kills in a single life with the Sten gun
Bandage a Trois - As Camille, heal yourself and three others with a thrown healthkit (easy to get in King of the hill game mode)

Graff:
Bad Medicine - Score 7 kills in a single life using the MP-44
Combat Vet(erinarian) - As von Graff, heal a dinosaur teammate (achievment is not specific enough. You need to heal dinosaur with right click, not your healing ability and not thrown medkit)

And the main part of this guide...

Healing tips

Both medics carry 5 healthkits that when thrown will heal all nearby teammates for 20 seconds. Useful especially in King of the hill mode and when your team is spawn camping or being spawn camped (in that case stop being silly and just use other exit).
What most of people don't know is that there is alternative way to heal your buddies without losing medkit. When you are close to your wounded teammate, right click while holding medkit. Voilà! You just applied healing on your fellow ally and you still have your medkit. Healing that way can be annoying (people running away from you) and dangerous (standing still is never good idea) but it will reward you with point for kill assist.

Personally I use healing abillity mostly when I'm in trouble myself. Nigel with flamethrower is not a threat when healing is activated.

Other healing basics:
- you can't heal T-rex (he heals himself by eating enemies) or Styrac
- you can't heal teammates by shooting them...
- don't throw medkit on a single wounded buddy, heal him with right click and enjoy your kill assists
- exceptions are desma and snipers. They are usually less mobile than other classes so it's worth to prolonge their survivability this way
- if you are out of medkits go back to spawn to resupply. Without them you are useless for your team, healing ability is definitely not enough to keep everyone alive
- while capturing point throw medkit instead of activating your ability. It's easy to die while capturing and medkits will help your team even if you are dead
- sometimes you just know that you can't stand a chance and in next couple seconds you will be dead. In this situation try to throw your medkits, maybe they will help someone else
- you get 1 point for every 100 health units healed
- thrown medkit and healing ability restores 10hp per second
- while healing by right-click, healing rate depends on how wounded your teammate is
- healing ability restores only health, medkits also replenish armour (green bar)

With time I will probably update or change this quide a little. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong with anything.
