Still you can easily move stuff around using TQ Defiler and TQ Vault which involves less hussling with files and such, but may be a bit slower:
- Import or create character in custom game, then buy, pick up, etc. whatever you want/need. Items has to be in characters inventory.
- Exit game
- Open TQ Defiler (if it's the first time you open it - it may throw a few notifications, just click OK or skip 'em)
- Right click on the character name and choose the option copy the character from custom games to main game
- Move/copy all the items with TQ Vault to wherever you want
- Enjoy.
It IS kind of cheating and as good author noted - unless you had already played the game... extencively like we did - better enjoy the game as it was originally intended. Maybe use TQ Vault to store stuff unneeded ATM, but no more, really.
