Once in that folder, rename release.msc to release.msc.1 or .BAK (whatever you want, just don't let it .msc). Then rename the debug.msc to release.msc. The options will now show in-game. You can also check out debug.msc with a text editor (Notepad++) to see what it contains.
If you can't see file extensions -- like I saw some user replies here -- google for "enable extensions windows 10".
