Steam Greenlight!
Space Slam is a fast-paced space sim for the HTC Vive. Use your ace pilot skills to navigate the systems around the outer rim. Blast off planet's crust with lasers then SLAM through them to harvest the minerals at their core. Not all planets are the same, learn the different types to complete your mission. Fail to collect enough minerals and be cast out into the void by M-Star - the most morally ambiguous corporation in the universe!

Immerse yourself in the 80’s themed Space Slam, filled with tubular music and rad graphics! Slam into planets in a creative spin of what we think people in the 80’s would have loved to play if they had VR.

Space Slam features:
Original Retro New Wave Soundtrack
Hand-crafted solar systems
Full Xbox controller support
Beautiful nebulas
Whoa-inducing galactic anomalies
Consistent Framerates (Feel the speed without the hurl)

Space Slam started as an ICT Game Jam submission by four Wichita, KS friends who took first place. The game is being published by Wichita gamification startup Quickdraw Studios.

Трельер ухасен, но игра для VR вот это плюс и стилистика не обычная напоминает восмидесятые и их кислотныу цвета. Я ЗА ТО ЧТО ИГРА ВЫШЛА.

Talked to the team at tlsa XPO for quite a while, great people, great game and plenty of ideas floating around for it. Definitely a title deserving to be greenlit. The game very much harkens back to classic cabinet style games, while still fully embracing modern ideas and applying the VR aspect in a way that is very immersive. After trying the game I had some concerns about the demolition of planetary bodies, but was assured that the planets smashed during gameplay are almost certainly uninhabited, therefore players need not worry about any moral concerns while pursing the quest for minerals and a high score.

10/10, Would smash planets without comitting mass genocide again.*

[*lack of planetary habitation only 99.99% certain]

Played this multiple times at XPO in Tulsa. Game is amazing, hard to believe it's only two months old. Controls are easy to pick up, with little tricks you can do to optimize your score. Talking to the devs, there are mulptiple features planned in the finished game, but not knowing how much of that will make it to the final release, I don't want to say TOO much of it.... Even if all the game is is more of what we were shown at XPO, I'd gladly spend $10. For just the basics we got. Add more, value goes up.

Looks pretty cool, but I wonder how bad is the motion sickness... I'm one on those that get sick really fast with VR.
How much would you put it in the market for ?
