Guide
First, you need to find Bioshock.ini file in C:\Users\[yourusername]\AppData\Roaming\BioShockHD\BioShock directory. Then, open it with notepad or any other text editor and find these lines:
PostProcessing=True UseHighDetailPostProcEffects=True
You need to change them to this:
PostProcessing=False UseHighDetailPostProcEffects=False
Don't forget to save the file. Enjoy the game!

Thanks for the help. Tried it and reverted back. Without the dusty look Rapture became too plastic-y

You probably should go get your eyes checked then.

Hallelujah! Thank you 100x. This helps immensely with eyestrain trying to compensate for their "atmosphere".

Allright, i google at it to put it where but it is in [Engine.RenderConfig] while the "PostProcessing" was also there in the same column. Game looks pretty sharp when i am not in an area with smoke. Thnxs for sharing this solution.
