Winterhold Housecarl

Every thane deserves a personal bodyguard, and a thane of Winterhold is no exception.

To the southeast of Winterhold, you will now find a small farmhouse fallen into disrepair. Activating the door will allow you to purchase it for a measly sum of 1000 gold (which instantly cleans it up).

After becoming a thane of Winterhold, your housecarl will appear inside, prepared to carry your burdens.

Features:

- Choose between a male or female housecarl (Selected in-game, as of v2.0)
- Brynjarr, heavy armour spellsword, male Nord
- Ásta, destruction mage, female Nord

Purchase a small, very basic player home in Winterhold, Jadarrheim
Features minimalistic style, with little room, little storage, and no crafting areas
Activate the door to purchase (initially hidden behind logs in front of house, just go around them)

Compatibility:

- Highly recommend starting a new save
- Several iterations of testing showed the housecarl not working properly on old saves
- House should work on old saves, but it's better to be safe than sorry

- Will not be compatible with anything that modifies the southeastern part of Winterhold
- If you find any unexpected incompatibilities, let us know so we can list them here
