Xbox controller (button layout) & Secret characters unlock

Since you will not find in game a proper button control scheme for the Xbox controller, I thought this guide will help you accomodate with the controls for The Last Blade.

Control scheme for the Xbox controller

X = Kick
A = Weak slash
B = Strong slash
Y = Repel
Start = Start/Taunt
RB = Pause
Back = Options

... but wait.. why do I write and use formatting for this guide, when I have skills in Photoshop?

Secret boss characters

There is a secret code to unlock two hidden characters in Player Select section. The hidden characters are the two bosses that you will encounter at the end of the game:

Musashi Akatsuki

and

Shinnosuke Kagami

If you want to unlock any of these final characters, you'll have to make a combination of kick and strong slash as follows:

6 x kick + 3 x strong slash + 4 x kick - all these in under 3 seconds.

Since you use a Xbox controller you will have to make this combination:

Though it sounds impossible, trust me you will got this after a few tries. When you will succed you will see two arrows (one in the left and one in the right) and you will be able to select one of them.

At first I couldn't do it because some people say 'you have to mash super fast' but that's not quite true, you have to press with the same frequency (background music is a great example).

Either this is the strictest timing possible or this code doesn't work. Tried both controller and keyboard to get this character select to work. Very sure it's less than 3 seconds. Still nothing.
