Brings up a few results, so go through that and see if you might be able to find the guides you are looking for
Since you told me you want to play a Seidr Worker, you can actually follow the video guide for the skills. Just ignore intelligence and elemental stuff, it's a trap! A throwing weapon with shield seems to be indeed the way to go, you will see why. What makes this combination sing is the huge amount of +% total damage, so you want to double dip on it.
Meaning: Get a throwing weapon with high pierce ratio (50% with Skeletal Darts), get +100% increased pierce ratio from Phlillip's Legacy Set and/or Blackwyrm Guards, so you fully convert pyhsical to pierce damage. Now profit two times from the +% total damage amount you have, since it calculates physical first and then pierce again after the conversion.
Doing very small guidelines for every class combination is just the wrong way to tackle this, I believe. I can't expect one person to know every class combination in detail, that would be crazy.
Personally I would go for every single mastery on its own while shortly outlining combination ideas - at best. That alone is quite some work.
This isn't a perfect guide. Just a location for all to see what's out there. It's why I added the Newcomers section to make things easier for beginners
The videos aren't a 1 stop shop, but if it helps a player choose a fun mastery and enjoy the game better, then I'm satisfied I did what I could. Appreciate and fully acknowledge your concerns, but it's as good as I can make it without creating huge in depth builds myself which I just don't have time for.
But the video "guides" are really not that good, never have been and they are certainly not up to date. This is NOT a compilation of the best guides you can find for every class.
I know this sounds harsh, because this certainly has been a lot of work and I'm sorry, but those are not the best guidelines for new(er) players.
