Always Sunny Weather

Hey!

Here is a freshly made mod that was asked by a lot of people, so here it is!


CHANGES

Changed all the rain, snow and fog weathers by dry, which is more or less always sunny (more or less).
I've made the choice to keep heat fatigue only when it is summer or in some region when it is spring. I've locked view sight at 1 (normal unit sight) and took off every cold fatigue.

It doesn't change the fact that there is no snow and all (I couldn't take off that) but it still changes the sky and puts a nice sunny weather, so visibility is better.



Compatibility

As always, incompatible with all my mods (lol) and with every mod that touches weathers in battle.

Known issues : Still some rain and snow, nothing to do for it but reduced particule size, speed and amount to minimum.
