* Introduction & Tips
So you have decided to complete Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and not die. Here is what you should know.

I Never Asked For This
As you will be warned when you start, the difficulty only allows one save at a time. You can save and reload at any point as usual, but if you die, the saves will be corrupted and made inaccessible, so you will have to start over.

I would recommend to save often, but only when you are fully safe, i.e. not close to enemies. There are cases where you may save and be detected as soon as you make a move, which will lock you out of any Ghost and/or Pacifist approaches, if it doesn't kill you. For example, first time around I made a save where a camera would detect a knocked-out body 3 seconds after I loaded it. Sad face.

Why Ghost / Pacifist is the Best Approach
Personally, I think this is how Deus Ex is meant to be played, but there are other reasons why you should consider this approach. You are rewarded Ghost and Smooth Operator bonuses if you don't alert anyone of your presence and that is XP. You also avoid combat, so it is less likely that you will die and there are always alternative paths and vents that you can find - most of them are pretty obvious.

Augments
Here are some Augments that you should consider for your Permadeath run:
  • Icarus Landing - Get this as soon as possible! Otherwise can die if you drop down one metre into a vent ...
  • Cybernetic Leg Prosthesis - This will unlock a lot of alternative stealth paths for you so it's definitely recommended.
  • Implanted Rebreather - Not as important as the one above, but it will open up a lot of alternative paths for you from the start where useful items and XP may be hidden.
  • Hacking Capture - Get this to Level 4 as soon as you can. This can reduce the need of alternative paths, which may hide surprises for you in the forms of mines, electricity, etc.
  • Hacking Stealth & Hacking Fortify - Get these as necessary. If you start to find it difficult to hack keypads, spare 1 Praxis in both and see if this makes it better.
  • Social Ehancer (C.A.S.I.E) - Get this as soon as you can if you want to ensure that you always secure the best appraoch in conversations. Some characters can attack you if you don't answer what they want, but you can do it without C.A.S.I.E if you pay attention. I didn't want to risk it as I went for all optional missions.
  • Glass-Shield Cloaking - A must-have for me from Golem City onward. It's a bit overpowered in my opinion. Makes stealth too easy.
  • Sarif Series 8 Energy Converter - Don't invest in those all at once. Use them wisely - as biocells! Every time you invest in a branch of your batteries, they fill up to the top. So you can have like 6 biocells ready for when you need them.

  • Quicksilver Reflex Booster - I found this useful in like 2-3 cases, so you may or may not want to use it.
  • Rhino Dermal Armour - I maxed this out of pure paranoia. FRAG MINES, man. After you invest in Icarus and Rebreather, mines are your only enemy. Not sure if they instantly kill you when you step on them, but you can disable them if you approach slowly. Anyway, I always had Praxis to spare, so I invested in this.
  • Sentinel RX Health System - Same reason as above, I invested in health capacity to avoid insta-death from mines in case I ever stepped on one.

I find the rest of the Augments either unnecessary or useless, but it depends on your approach anyway. Some find the visual ehancements useful, but I personally don't think they are necessary. The paths are easy to spot if you look closely, he said and spent 1 hour in Palisade Bank for an optional mission.
"I Never Asked for This" - TLDR Edition

This is Main Missions only, skipping cutscenes and dialogues. It's a no-kill/no-alarm playthrough with the exception of the last level where I decided to have some fun, but that's up to you.

Key points:
* Dubai (M1) - 0:00
* Prague 1 (M2-M6) - 12:00
* Golem City (M7) - 32:55
* Prague 2 (M8-M12) - 56:35
* Switzerland (M13) - 1:25:50
* Prague 3 (M14) - 1:32:50
* London (M15-M17) - 1:54:30
* Dubai - M1: Black Market Buy

Achievements:

A Heated Combination - 9:15
Use passcode 0451 after you activate the first lift.

Singh No Swan Song - 17:35
Drop down with Icarus and take down the enemy who is below you. Then instantly hide behind the boxes on your left and use the Tranquiliser to incapacitate them. Then move on and drop both of your Gas Grenades in the middle of the area and continue to use the Tranquiliser for the rest of the enemies.
* Prague - First Visit
This is the first visit of Prague, which is the main city as most missions and side misssions will take place there.

You are free to complete only the Main Missions, but that also means that you will receive less XP and reward items which could be helpful further ahead. However, I personally always had Praxis to spare, so if you want to reduce the risks, you can only do the easier Side Missions (SM03, SM04).

Here is a full list of the missions and side missions in order. The ones in bold unlock achievements.

Main Missions [M]
M2: Morning Comes Too Soon
M3: Getting in Top Shape Again
M4: Checking Out TF29
M5: Claiming Jurisdiction
M6: Taking Care of Business

Side Missions [SM]
SM00: Neon Nights
SM01: The Golden Ticket
SM02: Cult of Personality
SM03: The Mystery Augs
SM04: The Calibrator
SM05: Samizdat
M2: Morning Comes Too Soon

This is an easy one. No achievements here. Once in your apartment, make sure to call Sarif and be nice to him as he is part of a Side Mission, but that's optional.
M3: Getting in Top Shape Again

Not to difficult as there is a very short way to Koller's safeplace (4:25). Approach from the rooftops and drop on your right and either hack the keypad or use the windows on the rooftop of the little house with two guards in it to drop in. Then use the vent in the bathroom and punch your way through the secret right turn to end up right before Koller's safeplace. Almost without having to avoid guards.

No special achievements here. You receive one for getting an experimental Augment which you cannot miss.
SM00: Neon Nights

This is a Side Mission with achievement - Neon Nights.

You can start it by reading through a guy's emails one floor below your apartment (0:35). I have not been able to find an access card for the Rave Club or whatever it's called, so I had to smash my way through a wall and run through electricity, risking my life. It can't be that hard to find an alternative path, but mine works just as well - if you want to invest in an Augment for smashing through walls. No need for electricity resistance if you are quick enough, you won't die.

If you don't want to risk it at all, the mission is fully optional. However, you will miss out on the achievement Neon Nights if you choose to skip.
SM01: The Golden Ticket

Another Side Mission and another achievement - The Golden Ticket.

You can start it at the Police Checkpoint near your apartment, simply talk to the police officer and you will find out that something's not right. Meet the Document Agent afterward, who is very close to the Checkpoint and dismiss his proposals. Sneak your way into the place and be careful as it is protected by lasers and cameras (7:20).

Talk to the lady with blue hair and be nice to her. Agree to help and exit the enemy area. Now talk to a female police officer near the Checkpoint and tell her the truth (18:10). Doesn't matter what you choose in the final option, both choices will result in a gunfight with the fake document inspector. Just step back and continue on with the mission's objective to talk to the two Augs who are waiting for police to deport them to Golem City.

32:20 At some point you will have to sneak inside a small guarded building to activate the pass for one of the Augs in need. You don't have to enter the way I did. Instead, see where I exited from and enter from there - you won't need to avoid guards that way, only cameras which can be turned off easily.

Choose to activate either ID and you will unlock the achievement.
SM02: Cult of Personality

Side Mission with Achievement - Cult of Personality.

You can start this one by talking to a stuttering weird guy in the sewers near your apartment (1:10). Simply accept his call for help if you want to start the mission and enter the room behind him where you will find Richard. Say what Richard wants you to say (i.e. what you don't want to say) as you have no choice.

Once you are free to move, look around to find a poster. There are a few, but the easiest one is on the right to the entrance (facing the screen) near the giant fans (11:45). The poster will lead you to a small shop. Talk to the guy inside and he will easily agree to help you.

22:00 I chose to disable the generators, but there is an option to knock out Richard, I assume. The cameras can be easily avoided if you memorise their patterns. Simply save before you attempt this and reload as necessary. Once you have disabled all three speakers, talk to Richard and persuade his followers to turn back (25:20) - I chose Pity and Mitigate, but I used C.A.S.I.E. Once you convince the people to abandon Richard's sect, the achievement will unlock.
SM03: The Mystery Augs Pt. 1 of 3

This side mission is very easy and it starts automatically after you find out you have more Augments than you expected. It is split in 3 parts and they are marked by your returns to Prague - so you do the first part in your first visit, the second part in your second visit, etc.

I don't think there are any achievements for this one, but it's almost free XP - and you can always ditch it if you don't want to bother any further. For the first part, simply reach your apartment and contact Sarif to ask him about your experimental Augments.
SM04: The Calibrator

This is a Side Mission with achievement - Honor Holds Us All Together.

It's an easy one as you can obtain The Calibrator and achievement if you simply accept Otar's offer. To do so, reach his place in the sewers near the Palisade Bank subway station (1:45) and enter via the main door as it should be unlocked and open.

The conversation is fairly easy, you don't really need C.A.S.I.E. for it as Otar hints how you have to approach him in the cutscene - be polite and honest. My choices in the video are Straight Talk, Compliment, Straight Talk, Accept, but in my first run I chose only Straight Talk each time and it worked all the same. The achievement should unlock when you finish the conversation.

The Calibrator is on the table in his office; be aware that if you try to take other items, the AI may become hostile.
M4: Checking Out TF29

This is a very easy Main Mission and you can't really die in it (unless you do it on purpose) as it's mainly conversations and cutscenes.
SM05: Samizdat

This is a Side Mission with achievement - Samizdat.

You can unlock it at TF29's place by talking to Peter Chang. This will lead you to an apartment that you need to investigate and trace down the people who may know about TF29's existence. I entered the apartment via the window to avoid the keypad (5:25). You need to hack into the computer on the table and use the Messenger (7:10) to find out where Samizdat is located. For the chat conversation I chose Stall and Question to find out that they are in the sewers near the music store and church in the Davny District. The code for the door is 5431.

Simply reach the place and talk to K. I chose Reason and Work Together. IMPORTANT: I strongly suggest that you Persuade him if you don't want to risk your life and break in the Palisade Bank - this will require C.A.S.I.E. I wasted like an hour to find the correct path, although that was my fault, the path was kind of obvious.

If you choose to break in the bank, then you will need to find some nice story for Samizdat to fill in for the removal of TF29's reveal. There is a Drinking Water Analysis from Picus under a desk in the secure area. Simply watch the video around 18:15. You can reach the office fairly easily via the vents at the lift area - simply jump to the top floor. I forgot about this path so I wasted time looking for other ways.

Once you have the report, head back to Samizdat's place and give it to them. They will then instruct you on how to hack into the billboards in the city and televise the sketchy water report info. You will need a biocell for the lift in order to reach the rooftops (35:50).
M5: Claiming Jurisdiction

This is a Main Mission where you have to sneak in and avoid enemies on your way to find a scan of the crime scene for Smiley. The sneaky part starts at 4:40. There are a few alternative paths in vents and secret rooms, it's fairly easy to avoid the enemies. There is a room with gas so make sure you have a Rebreather if your plan to reach your objective via this section.
M6: Taking Care of Business

This is an easy Main Mission without any risks. You can check out the Shooting Range like I did for some extra completion points and XP - that's the content of the video until 13:40 when I focus back on M6.

Note that once you finish this mission, your next step will be to start M7, which takes place in Golem City. This will cancel all unfinished Side Missions for your first visit in Prague, so make sure you have completed everything that you want. SM03 doesn't count if you've done your part for this visit, you will be able to continue it when you arrive back after M7.
Golem City - M7: The Rucker Extraction

This is a Main Mission with achievement - Between Technology and the Divine

It can be a short or long mission depending on your approach. In my case it took over an hour as I did all the optional objectives for it. You don't need to do that, however, as this unlocks multiple paths to enter one destination. If you don't want to risk it, simply choose the one that fits your playthrough and reach the second part of the mission where you sneak around in ARC territory (46:00).

Golem City (Part One)
In the first part you may or may not have to deal with enemies. You will be asked to help someone on your way, which will unlock access to the ARC HQ. You have a few options (order is esiest/shortest - hardest):

1. Grab Tibor's keycard to access the lift to ARC (19:15).
Simply knock out a police officer next to the lift on the second floor near the market. You will hear him talk on the phone. Wait for him to finish and he'll go to take a leak in the toilet areas where you can knock him out without being seen. There is a switch which will electrocute him, so you can do this if you want to kill.

2. Talk to Louis Gallois and tell him that Otar sent you to kill him (26:00).
This will require you to have accepted Otar's mission in SM04, so this will not be an option if you have chosen to skip it. You may be able to cloak and sneak around him either way, but I am not sure, so I will assume you've completed SM04. Louis is on the top floor of the Utulek Complex before the lift to ARC. Talk to him and choose Discuss Dvalis and Spare. He will open a door behind him, from where you can climb to the next area.

3. Save Dusan and use the secret phrase to access the lift to ARC (11:30).
This may be a risky way if you want to avoid detection. From Tibor's cell you will find behind him his brother who is captured for questioning. There are ways to save him without being detected as shown in the video. If you save Dusan, he will give you a secret phrase that you can tell to Lubos who is in front of the lift that leats to ARC. Talk to Lubos and he will ask you for some "wise words" - reply with "When you've robbed a man of everything, he's no longer in your power - he's free again."

ARC Territory (Part Two) - 46:00

I finally unlocked the Cloaking Augment, so from here on you will see me using it to secure shortcuts and reduce the need to look for alternative paths. Simply reach Rucker's office - you can follow my path or your own, but be careful as there are a lot of enemies and obstacles. Save often when there is no one around and reload if need be.

Once you reach Rucker, use C.A.S.I.E. to convince him to tell you about evidence of conspiracy within ARC (53:00) - that way he will not alert the others about your presence. I chose Patronize, Patronize, Justify, Turn Tables. Once you convince him, the achievement Between Technology and the Divine will unlock. Grab the evidence from the room on the left (59:05) and sneak out of Golem.
* Prague - Second Visit
This is your second visit of the city of Prague. Right after you return from M7, you will be presented with a choice if you have obtained the evidence from Rucker. I didn't find out what it affects exactly, but it doesn't seem like a crucial choice. Either way, in the video I chose to tell Jim whereas previously I kept it for Vega.

There are several achievements to unlock during your second visit, so here is the missions list.

Main Missions [M]
M8: Tracking Down the Real Terrorists
M9: Checking Out the Men in Charge
M10: Facing the Enigma
M11: Confronting the Bomb-Maker*
M12: The Heist*

* You have to chose between M11 and M12. M11 unlocks an achievement if you convince the key person in it, but I don't unlock it in my series here. I chose Bank Heist for the video series in order to save Jim in the end and also because it would be a new mission for me. However, I concluded that it is the easier/safer one as the Church of the Machine God has mines planted around, so I wanted to avoid them.

Side Missions [SM]
SM03: The Mystery Augs
SM06: 01011000
SM07: Fade to Black
SM08: The Fix
SM09: All in the Family
SM10: The Harvester
M8: Tracking Down the Real Terrorists

This one is fairly easy. The only key point is to remember that there is a vent under Stanek's desk (9:25). When you obtain the information from his computer, a deathtrap will trigger, so make sure to escape from the vent in time.

This mission will set you up for M11 later on in the story.
M9: Checking Out the Men in Charge

This is a Main Mission with achievement - The Net is Vast and Infinite.

If this is your Foxiest of the Hounds run, you will want to unlock the achievement. Basically, make sure not to alert the security of the NSN of your presence (12:00). This means that you shouldn't be seen by cameras or cross lasers or fail to a hack. Just be patient, take your time, there is no time limit, so no rush.

Note that for some reason the first time I did this the achievement did not unlock for me, so I had to redo it. So make sure you save before the mission and try not to save until you are out of the NSN. The achievement should unlock once you're back in reality.
SM03: The Mystery Augs Pt. 2 of 3

This is the second part of a rather uneventful Side Mission. As part of the series, I included some other stuff in the video, but the actual mission starts at 6:45. If you have completed the first part of SM03, Sarif will call you to tell you to look into someone's apartment. Simply follow the objective mark and hack the safe in the apartment to see a report about your mysterious Augments.
SM06: 01011000

This is a Side Mission with achievement - 01011000.

You can start this mission by interacting with a glitching digital poster which I do in the previous episode at 7:05, so look that up for the exact location. It's pretty hard to miss once you know what to look for.

Unless you really want the achievement and are sure that you want to know what this mission is about, I recommend you to skip it. It's completely optional. If you choose to continue, however, there are a few key points to remember.

In the place where you find the memory disk, you will have to knock out some enemies. Loot them as one will have a Pocket Secretary (6:15) which will be important for the next step. MAKE SURE TO READ IT TOO - I didn't at first and wondered why I didn't have the conversation options that I had in my first run. Derp. The Pocket Secretary is called Retire Walker.

Next up you must talk to a person named Walker who pretends to be a clerk in an antique shop (10:00). If you have read the Pocket Secretary, you can choose Inquire, Other Customer, Suspect (requires C.A.S.I.E), Disk, then once he draws out a pistol, choose You're In Danger and reveal the mercs' plans for Walker to convince him to help you. Let him walk away in the end to avoid any unnecessary combat.

Then all you have to do is insert the disk into the reader in your apartment (16:30). For the conversation with the AI, I chose Inquire, Capacity for Learning, Reassure, Hide, but I am not sure if it makes much of a difference, so pick whatever suits you. IMPORTANT: Watch out as at the end of the cutscene, enemies will break in to your apartment and look for you. Immediately hide somewhere and knock them out. I locked the door via the computer's Smart Home System, but that didn't seem to help much.
SM07: Fade to Black

This is a Side Mission with achievement - Handle with Care.

You can unlock this mission after M9 when you exit the NSN. Simply speak to Delara in Miller's office, ask her what's up and offer to help her find out what happened to Vince Black. The mission is relatively safe and you will be awarded with a Praxis Kit for it. As usual, it is skippable, so think about the risks here.

You start by searching his office, which I do at 3:40 in Episode #16 (sorry about that). Hack Vince's computer and safe to obtain the information and some key story items.

Next up is to meet an associate of Vince's in The Red Queen club (1:30). Speak to a lady on the balcony at the top floor. In the conversation I chose Disclose, Yes, I Understand. Don't ask her unnecessary questions as this will cause enemies to follow you to the next place and you would have to knock them out really quickly.

Go to the marked destination and meet the same lady. Ask her the questions now if you want and choose Negotiate for Information, then GIVE her the ticket that you found in Vince's safe in his office (I misclicked and paid 350 Credits, but the outcome is the same). The lady will show you a map so follow on ...

13:10 sneak inside a secret room where you will find Olivie. Speak to her to find out more about Vince - I chose Acknowledge, Sympathize. You will then have to face enemies in a conversation and in order to convince them not to shoot you and let you pass, choose Negotiate Passage, Persuade (C.A.S.I.E.), Press, Press. This will unlock the achievement Handle with Care. I was also told that if you speak to Olivie again, she will reward you with a Praxis Kit. I haven't checked this, but it's worth the try.

The last step is to go into an abandoned shop near the Red Light District (20:45) and find Vince Black murdered on the floor. This will conclude the Side Mission.
M10: Facing the Enigma

This fairly quick Main Mission. Be careful as it involves avoiding drones and getting past lasers and cameras, so prepare for some stealth (4:05).

It's worth to note that, for whatever reason, the alternative exit after speaking to Janus - via the sewers - that seemed like a much more straightforward escape route, was glitched for me. Whenever I would jump to the sewers, while being invisible and without making noise, the drones would immediately get alarmed. So I had to go through the main entrance and cloak past the lasers.

IMPORTANT: At the end of the mission you will be presented with a very important choice. You can choose whether to pursue the bombmaker who is responsible for the terrorist attack at the train station (Mission 11 with achievement God Killer) or trace the leads to the mysterious Orchid in the Plaisade Bank (Mission 12, which I cover in my series).

If you convince Allison in Mission 11, she will give you a tool with which you can disable the bombs in the final boss fight, but you can do that anyway. On the other hand, you can find some antidote for the Orchid in Mission 12, which you can use later on to save Jim Miller's life - so that's why I went with M12 - Bank Heist (also the church has mines *paranoia*).
M12: The Heist

So you've chosen to break in to the Palisade Bank and see what's up with the mysterious Orchid.

First off you will have to retrieve a package from the underground parking lot of the bank, which can be accessed via a vent under Ludvic's cafe (1:00). I already had an access card for the lift, but you can take it from the office on the second floor. You should also be able to reach your objective in the bank via the lift's shaft, use the ladder and then jump up to the top floor where you will find a vent to exit right next to the lift that I used (5:30). Be careful as the camera at 6:40 can sometimes see you through the door.

Next up is to access the vault inside the bank. I used a vent behind the TV in the office where you copy the access card (8:00). There is another one on the ceiling, but I don't know where it leads. My vent led me right to the Corporate Vault lift. Once down there, hack the door to your left and enter yet another vent (10:10). I found a security computer, but wasn't able to hack the lasers or cameras, so if you have the Augments for that, maybe you'll be able to. I managed to sneak in without problems anyway.

Once inside the secret room, a cutscene will play and immediately after that make sure to hack the safe in front of you and take the antidote for the Orchid from it. This will enable you to save Miller later on. There is also a lot of nu poz there, so if you need to sell it for extra Credits, take it.

Then in order to escape all you have to do is go back the way you came via the Corporate Vault lift. You can cloak through the camera in front of it and turn visible once outside of the restricted area. I went all the way back via the router I came from on the third floor.
SM08: The Fix

Easy Side Mission with achievement - Fresh out of the Package.

This requires you to have obtained The Calibrator from Otar in SM04. Not sure if this unlocks if you haven't completed the other Side Mission and if you can take The Calibrator at this point. As I already had all I needed, I simply needed to visit Koller and let him enable Adam's experimental Augs without the need for overclocking. Pretty cool even if I never ended up using them :D
SM09: All in the Family

Optional Side Mission with achievement - All in the Family.

If you have done favours for Otar in previous Side Missions, he will call you for one last favour. This will be marked as a Point of Interest (POI) on your map and on your Missions list. Go talk to Masa Kadlek in The Red Queen club (she's the owner) and accept her offer. In the conversation with her, I chose Critique, The Redlight District, Intimidated, Dominik, Talk Him Out and asked for details, then accepted, but I think there are better options here; this works anyway.

Now, this mission can be tricky, but I will make it easy for you. Enter the restricted area from the side path at 8:20. Use Biocell and climb to the balcony via the lift. Make sure to knock out anyone in your way on this floor as you will need it clear of enemies later.

Next up you will need to disable the security systems on the top floor (one floor up from where you came - 11:30). There is a button in the middle room under a shelf to the right of the TV. Use it to reveal the secret security room and disable all the security measures.

Dominik will be on the ground floor accompanied by a couple of friends whom you should knock out (14:30). Then knock out Dominik himself and drag him to the second floor. If you have cleared out everything and disaled security, you should be fairly safe. Drag the unconscious body to the lift where you came from and descend into the garbage area.

Drop Dominik in the open garage and close it. This will conclude the mission and unlock the achievement All in the Family for you.
SM10: The Harvester

This is a Side Mission with achievement - The Harvester.

There is a murder crime scene near your appartment. If you don't reach there first, Aria will call you and unlock a POI on the map called "Too Close to Home". Go there to start the mission.

Once there, make sure to talk to a scared lady by the name of Daria; she is near the body of the victim - I chose No, I'm not, Sympathize. Then talk to a hooded witness nearby as he will suspect Radko Perry - I chose Spur in the conversation with him. The next step is to finally talk to the detective. Make sure to ask him all the questions possible as some of that will reveal clues that will help you with the mission - I chose Challenge. Then investigate all the evidence in the area (9:30). You can talk to both Daria and the detective once you've found all the evidence. I didn't do that in the video though.

For the achievement you will need to complete the entire mission with all its optional objectives. Otherwise, you can simply do the first step and take Johnny off the list.

Take Jonny Gun off the suspect list (13:55).
Once in his apartment, in the conversation I chose Condole, Belltower?, Finesse, Sympathize, Alloy Hands. This will take him off the suspect list as there would have been no way that he would leave fingerprint on the neck of the victim.

Take Radko Perry off the suspect list (29:55).
If you ask the detective after you talk to the hooded victim nearby, you should have a mark on your map for that (29:55). Use the vent on the left of Radko to sneak into his place and find some blackmail material. Make sure to knock out the security officer who comes down stairs to avoid him seeing you while you are hacking the computer. To obtain the blackmail photo, use the Messenger on Radko's computer and select Negotiate, Bluff, Confirm, then use the passcode 0109 on the safe in his office (it's behind the portrait - 33:50). Talk to Perry next. If you have taken the photo from his safe, there will be no options to choose, the conversation will flow by itself.

Investigate Smolinski's locker at the police station (38:00).
There are likely better ways to sneak in. I simply cloaked and hacked the door when the guard wasn't nearby to hear me. Once in, just go to the locker areas and take the clues from Smolinski's locker - it will have his name on it.

Once you have completed all side objectives, you can go and talk to detective Montag at the crime scene. Tell him that neither of his suspects is the murderer and that the real one is actually a copycat (41:20 - Complete, Exonerate Both, It's A Copycat).

Once you've convinced the detective that neither of his initial suspects is the murderer, the achievemen The Harvester will unlock for you and the Side Mission will be marked as completed.
* Switzerland - M13: G.A.R.M

This is a Main Mission with optional achievement Core Driller.

IMPORTANT: I was told that if you do Core Driller, it may void Foxiest of the Hounds achievement. I can't confirm whether this is true as I unlocked Foxiest on my first run, so the achievement wouldn't pop up a second time either way. If you are unsure, I recommend you to skip Core Driller and keep your Foxiest. You can always do the other one later on as it's much easier.

The mission takes place in Switzerland. Once you start it, all your incomplete Side Missions during your second visit of Prague will be canceled (except for SM03), so make sure you are ready before you tell Chikane to fly you to the G.A.R.M. facility.

Other than that, I found the mission to be rather uneventful. You simply sneak out of the factory once you are there and that's it. The mission starts at 12:00. A couple important tips to point out:

Make sure to call Vega and not Miller!
I was told that if you call Miller, the factory will be alerted of your presence and this will void your Foxiest of the Hounds achievement. However, if you don't care about that, feel free to chose that option ...

Core Driller achievement (13:15)
Follow my path and use the machine to drill a hole into the ice. In the conversation, I chose Scold, lols.

The rest should be easy, especially if you have cloaking. There are vents all over the place and you can easily sneak out. The tube at 20:15 should make your journey a bit less stresful - but be careful and time your steps right as electricity will zap the hell out of you.
* Prague - Third Visit
This is your third visit in Prague after Switzerland. Upon landing with Chikane, Adam will point out that something is wrong in the city - it's under lockdown. This means that you will need to sneak past police officers, drones, lasers, cameras, turrets and whatnot simply to reach whatever mission you want to start.

So if you are not absolutely sure that you want to attempt all Side Missions, then feel free to skip them. I recommend you to buy Biocells from the store near Adam's apartment, but there are also a lot to find in lockers, etc. Just be more patient than I was and wait for your batteries to recharge, then use cloaking to get past trickier areas.

Full list of Main and Side Missions in your final visit to the city.

Missions [M]
M14: Hunting Down the Final Clues

Side Missions [SM]
SM03: The Mystery Augs
SM11: The Last Harvest
SM12: K is for Každý

Please note that all the Side Missions are followups to previous ones, so they may not start for you if you haven't completed their first part. SM03 will require you to have completed the steps in both your previous visits to Prague whereas SM11 is a followup to SM10; SM12 is a followup to SM05. Don't quote me on that, however, I haven't had a run where I didn't complete all Side Missions, so I can't tell for a fact what happens.

If you have completed the key Side Missions up until this point, the remaining ones will start automatically - you will get calls from Sarif, Daria and Samizdat.
SM12: K is for Kazdy

This is a Side Mission with achievement - K is for Kazdy.

Please note that this mission may not unlock if you haven't completed SM05: Samizdat during your first visit in Prague.

As soon as you exit the abandoned LIMB Clinic after talking to Vega, you will receive a cryptic message on the Infolink, which will enable a POI on your map. Just reach the POI and talk to Kazdy to accept the mission.

Next up is to reach the police station (20:25) and talk to Jarek. Free them all from their cells and offer to help them out of the station into safety - I asked him about all the info, then chose Play It Cool. Then sneak past the police officers into another office close by, there is a vent you can enter from (I exit from it), but the whole process should be fairly easy especially if you cloak.

Once in (29:00), make sure to talk to Edward and then to Jarek so that you complete all optional objectives. Once you finish the conversation, the achievement K is for Kazdy should unlock.
SM03: The Mystery Augs Pt. 3 of 3

This is the last part of SM03. The actual mission starts at around 12:15.

It's simply the last conversation with Sarif in Adam's apartment that will conclude this mission. All you have to do is reach your TV system and call him. I recommend that you head for SM11 next, if you want to complete it, as it starts in the apartment complex as well.
SM11: The Last Harvest

This is a Side Mission with achievement - The Last Harvest.

Please note that the mission may not be available if you haven't comlpeted SM10: The Harvest in your second visit to Prague by telling detective Montag that it's a copycat. So if you blamed any of the original suspects, SM11 will not be available.

You can start the mission by talking to detective Montag, who will be in front of Daria's door in the apartment complex where Adam lives. Enter Daria's apartment and look for the clues (5:00). Make sure you read her emails as well, because this will be crucial for the achievement.

Once you have investigated the area and read the emails, head for the mediacl shop (12:15) and question Dr. Cipra - I chose Press, Inquire, Appeal, Moralize, Other Way, Contradict (C.A.S.I.E.). Alternatively, you can find out about the passphrase in his basement via an eBook, but this method is not covered in my video.

Now you can finally follow the blood trail and reach Daria (23:00). IMPORTANT: You will need C.A.S.I.E. to unlock the achievement. Make sure to save before you reach the area. In the conversation with Daria, I chose Play Along, Question, Confront and once she drew out her pistol, I selected Use Keyword, Ad Hominem 2026, Persuade (C.A.S.I.E.), Humanize, Humanize, Approach.

Once you have convinced her using both the passphrase and C.A.S.I.E., The Last Harvest achievement should unlock for you.
M14: Hunting Down the Final Clues

This is a mandatory Main Mission, which can be very tricky if you can't remember the stealth paths like me ...

If you have completed SM06: 01011000, you will be "blessed" with some help from a friend. In my case that only made it worse, but you can look at it as extra challenge (2:30). You can enter the Theatre by sneaking from the balcony that I used in SM09: All in the Family. If you have trouble, then watch how I sneaked in even if I am sure that this isn't the most efficient way ... I overused cloaking.

The rest of the mission is you getting back to your apartment to speak to Vega. Once this is done, you can leave for London, where you will face your final enemy in the next three Main Missions.
* London
This is the final city of the main story and you will find 3 Main Missions, which can all be completed.

Main Missions [M]
M15: Securing the Convention Centre
M16: Stopping Marchenko
M17: Protecting the Future
M15: Securing the Convention Centre

This is a Main Mission which will require you to sneak into a heavily guarded room in the Convention Centre as well as knock out 11 guards without being spotted. Sounds more difficult than it is, I promise.

Once in the Centre, talk to a security guard right head of the lift that you get out of. I didn't find any of the dialogue options to make a difference, but make sure you don't choose Attack. Once they reject you, go to your left and move the two vending machines to reveal a very convenient vent (6:50). Follow my path and continue on with the mission.

The next key part is when you have to knock out the 11 security officers at the party (11:25). Make sure you save BEFORE you start with the knockouts - should anything go wrong, you can reload and try again. Other than that, watch out for the cameras which can spot unconscious bodies. Once you have found the keycard and knocked all guard down, you will be able to proceed (26:05).

Reach Miller undetected and you will complete the mission.
M16 & M17: Stopping Marchenko / Protecting the Future

These are the final two missions with a couple of achievements - He's [Not] Dead, Jim and Spokes in Two Wheels.

After the cutscene, you will be presented with an ultimatum on whether to stop Marchenko or save the delegates. You can do both. I chose to stop Marchenko first, because I know a shortcut for the other room from his place, so follow on as I did and you will have no problem meeting the deadline of 10 minutes.

Save Miller
First off, before you progress to Marchenko's area, make sure to talk to Jim Miller who is on the ground next to you. If you have collected the antidote for the Orchid in M12: The Heist, you can give it to him and save his life, unlocking the achievement He's [Not] Dead, Jim.

Then you have 10 minutes to complete both missions.

M16: Stopping Marchenko (4:50)
There are security computers on both sides of the large room where Marchenko is. I abused cloaking because I had plenty of Biocells, but you don't have to be as impatient as I was and you can wait for your batteries to recharge. There are vents you can hide in. MAKE SURE TO AVOID THE FRAG MINES. I am not sure if they can instantly kill you but this was the only reason I ever invested in the armour Augment. You can disable them if you walk to them slowly and press [E].

The main way to knock out Marchenko is to stun him with a Tranquliser or Stun Gun and then do a non-lethal takedown (11:00). You may be able to do this without disabling the security as once Marchenko is down, the drones and turrets will explode. However, I didn't want to risk being detected by them even for a second.

M17: Protecting the Future (11:30)
There is a shortcut in the large room where you fight Marchenko. You can reach the delegates in less than a minute from there. Just make sure to avoid the lasers, mines and other obstacles as you get to the secret button to open the door.

Once you're out of there, feel free to make a run for it. The rest is as easy as a cutscene.

That's it! The achievement Spokes in Two Wheels can unlock anywhere between the ending of the game and after the credits. If you did everything like me, then you should also get Foxiest of the Hounds, Pacifist and, of course, I Never Asked For This.
* Ending & Credits

Here how my stealth run ended. Yours may differ based on what you chose in key points on the missions, but I like this one. My first run ended a bit differently as I didn't save Jim there, oops.

You can find Marchanko's Kill Switch inside the room with the single solder sitting at a desk, take him out, and check the handgun case under the desk. I helped so much.

I am not at all the sneaky type. I enjoy rushing in there and shooting everyone...

First playthrough ever and I got foxiest. I'd say Human Revolution is much trickier than Mankind Divided when it comes to this achievement :)

You got the foxiest achievement on your first run of the game? Or your first try? Eitherway, that seems... really unbelieveable. To me, at least. When I played Human Revolution, I tried so hard to get that achievement. 3 attempts, and they were all failures even when I thought for sure I never made an alarm go off. And this game is only harder... ._.

I got Foxiest on my first run, which was only Give Me Deus Ex as Permadeath isn't unlocked until you finish the game once. Didn't keep track of any bonuses really. It was too early on, there wasn't a definitive list of what has SO and what has only Ghost. The game is surprisingly easy though; just make sure not to go for Core Driller achievement - I was told that it might void Foxiest.

Thanks for this!
I was curious if you kept active track of which missions had smooth operator/ghost or not? It's such a huge headache to play for FOTH and be paranoid about whether you accidentally triggered an alarm silently somewhere when those bonuses don't show up.

I too prefer to not kill people and will go out of my way to do so. Admitedly, I'll be playing my 3rd run-through as a psychotic killing machine to repay all of the slurs that get thrown at you throughout.
